My experience at Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen has left an extremely positive impression. From the first step into the hotel, you feel an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. The interior is strikingly elegant and attentive to detail – every area, from the lobby to the rooms, is tastefully decorated and modern.

We especially want to note the level of cleanliness: everything shines, creating a feeling of comfort and comfort. The staff is extremely professional and friendly and is available to assist promptly with any request. The service is really up to scratch – it feels individual to each guest.

Breakfast deserves a special mention. It's a real gastronomic celebration! The variety of dishes is impressive: fresh fruit, pastries, international and local delicacies, all prepared at the highest level. The quality of the products is excellent and the serving is impeccable.

Accommodation in this hotel left only positive emotions. Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen is the perfect combination of comfort, style and first-class service. I recommend to all those who appreciate the high standards of hospitality and wish to spend time in an environment of luxury and care.

Having stayed at numerous 5* properties in the city, the MO has always eluded me - given the high (if not highest) price point I decided to have a short stay - and it did not disappoint

Pros:
-Rooms are extremely well kept and spacious. I booked the Club Skyline view which was spacious and well kept - the house keeping and turndown service was one of the best I've experienced so far this year (very attentive) - big shout out to the housekeeping team
-The Mandarin Club is truly a sanctuary - never really crowded (unlike other chains such as Hilton/Marriott/Hyatt) which was the original point of a "club" within a hotel. Staff were attentive and the lounge was tastefully appointed. I would only say the evening happy hour offering was slightly weak (nice made-to-order menu but the semi buffet was weak) but quality was high
-The pool was nice (very London-ish design) but relatively small/compact - I'd expect slightly more space for this facility)

Cons:
-The room rate is really a league above others - of course the quality and everything I would say is superior (you get what you paid for) but given the competitiveness in the top end of market in SZ, I would say there are also a lot of other (new and exciting) options to try out as well

Everything is very beautiful! Smooth! Strong! Power is too hard!

Since I hadn’t gotten off, Young of the reception department had opened the door and picked up my luggage and led me into the location of the 2nd floor hall, very carefully introduced the layout of the 2nd floor and then kept sending me to the elevator hall! The luggage was handed over to him to deal with the arrangements, so I was very reassured!

The elevator on the 78th floor opens, there are staff outside to welcome, always guided to the front desk for accommodation. The whole process, very smooth!

When staff learned that my reservation included administrative services, they took me to The Mandarin Club to check in!

Just entered The Mandarin Club and received a warm welcome from Chelsea from the front desk! She was very quick and professional to handle my check-in procedure!

Next, the friendly, sunny Aries led me to the room and made a simple room introduction!

This time we stayed in a Club Skyline View King Room, the room is very large and comfortable, you can see the financial center from the window. After the night service, the room entered the ultimate shape, giving me a feeling of being in Among Resort!

The Mandarin Club's landscape is very beautiful, and you can also see the light show at 7:00 and 9:00 p.m. In addition, the afternoon tea and fun time at Three Mandarin Club, the food variety is very refined and delicious!

Breakfast is not to enjoy at The Mandarin Club, but to enjoy at the dining buffet restaurant, the scenery there is also great, the food variety is more, to the point that people are distracted, but also very delicious!

In the morning, Brain, a very hospitable guest of the 2nd floor lobby reception department, delivered a jogging map and introduced me in detail to Lillian Mountain Park and Beech Mountain Park, and carefully reminded me to supplement the moisture and prepare the water bottle, this careful move made me very impressed!

Neil of the 78th floor front desk, often see me in the lobby, actively chatting with me, very friendly, funny, good talk, there is a feeling of meeting hate late! William is also on the front desk, he is helpful, enthusiastic, and confirms the procedure for Late Checkout!

Finally, Sumi of The Mandarin Club arranged the check-out procedure for me, she was very sunny and happy!

When you leave, thank Alice of The Mandarin Club for your care.

Thank you again to Chelsea, Aries, Sumi, Alice, the front desk, Neil, William, Young, Brain, and the staff of Shenzhen, who have provided a memorable and unforgettable home! Looking forward to staying again in Shenzhen, China Eastern!

On the first day, we met Dee Feng as soon as we arrived at the hotel. She was very friendly and carefully introduced the room’s layout and facilities, making us feel at home right away. The MO bar was lovely, and the warm bathtub was perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The next morning, Res Song took us to the Bazaar restaurant for breakfast. He was very attentive, pouring tea for us and arranging everything in an orderly manner, making the whole dining experience incredibly pleasant.

Though the two days were simple, their care, along with the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, made the stay especially warm and memorable.

The design of the hotel was modern and fashion and facilities are well maintained. The service of the team was great and many thanks to Ivan, Reeze, Julia and Lynn of the FO team. Really appreciated that they help arrange the room at the 72 floor in which the view was extraordinary and the turndown service was neat and cute.

For dining, we tried Bazzar and Tapas 77, the experience were great too and we were really impressed by the service of Nikki who is attentive and nice.

Overall the experience was great, highly recommended for those who are seeking urban sanctuary in the city of Shenzhen.

On our wedding anniversary, I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental with my wife and chose to book an executive room. We inquired about various matters via email before check-in, and the waiters responded quickly. After arriving, the waiters took us to the room, which was beautifully decorated and carefully explained the room equipment. The room was arranged to face the west. You can see the sunset from above; the executive lounge has a comfortable environment and delicious food. Enjoy slow life in the executive lounge during afternoon tea and evening cocktail hours; dinner is at OPUS 388, the decoration is noble, and you can enjoy the night view by the window. It was a dinner that was very suitable for the anniversary celebration; after dinner, we went to MO Bar, where the bartenders carefully explained various cocktails; after breakfast the next day, we went to the spa at noon to enjoy spa services. The aromatherapists Mia and Flower were attentive and thoughtful, and the hotel also designed a special layout accordingly. Our trip extended the check-out time, thank you very much!
Finally, I would like to mention buying a fan at Mandarin Cake Shop. During this period, the male staff took the initiative to explain the design inspiration of the fan carefully, which reflected the professionalism of the staff at Mandarin Oriental. Thank you Mandarin Oriental for making my wife and I have a successful wedding anniversary!

Dear MOZN Team,

I am very impressed with all the facilities provided by Mandarin Oriental, Shenzhen, especially with the service. From the first day I checked in until check-out, everything was handled excellently, I would even say it was perfect. The promptness of all the colleagues and their attention to my needs were all well accommodated.

When my laptop had issues, the IT Director, Xavier, was quick to assist me. The leader at the Bazaar remembered my preferences, and one of the waitresses (I hope I remember her name) always had a cup ready for me to fill with soy milk. Natalie, the Guest Experience Manager, made my check-in process easy and attended to my needs during my stay. Iva, the FO Trainee, also helped me from the moment I arrived, along with the FO and Concierge teams whose names I can’t recall but were incredibly helpful. Moreover, the Housekeeping team amazed me every day when I entered my room.

I want to give a shout-out to Sharon Pan and teams, who were always ready and responsive in our needs during our stay.
Thank you, Mr. Christian (General Manager), it's evident that your leadership fosters a culture of excellence and genuine hospitality throughout your team.

I truly appreciated the attentive service and thoughtful details that made my visit memorable. I look forward to returning and will happily recommend your hotel to others.

Shenzhen first-class hotel.
A new hotel. The hotel is in a prestigious location. The room has a first-class view. I booked a basic room type, but the view is first-class. It looks towards Lianhuashan Park and is very open. I have stayed in Nanshan District before and I like it better here. It has a leisurely feel.
The waiters are very good, their service is very fast, the staff who run the room are very fast, and the supplies I requested were delivered quickly.
The room design is beautiful, with blue accents, beautiful orchids, and birthday decorations. In addition to the cake, there are also careful decorations, a loudspeaker, and you can listen to music in the bathroom.
The swimming is beautiful, the fitness room is top-notch, the facilities are perfect, and the interior design is top-notch.
The breakfast is delicious, the environment is first-class, the interior design is diverse, and the check-in is first-class. The buns are delicious.
Spanish restaurant with delicious food and good customer service, but it would be better if they were more attentive.
There are many receptionists and staff at the front desk, and they are all very enthusiastic. The customer service staff who picked up the lift were very polite and complimentary.
Overall, there are many employees, and the service is generally of a high level, but there is room for improvement. I hope it will get better with more years.

Exceptional! The room was fantastic. Service was excellent. A wonderful hotel where lobby is on the 78th floor. The view from the room was something we looked forward to waking up to daily. Breakfast was great too. Staffs at breakfast were attentive as we made specific orders. The barista made us a cup of piccolo which we very much loved! Room was cleared daily with great detail too. Every time we walked close to the lifts or doors, they always reach out to assist us. Even helped us setting up our WeChat app.

We also had dinner at the bay by chef fei. I thought I knew Chinese food because how good can Chinese food be, right? I’ve known it all my life. Well, that dinner was perhaps the best Chinese meal I’ve had. The restaurant staffs were extremely attentive too. Chef did a wonderful job.

We had a fantastic time there. Thank you so much for the experience! Kudos to the team.

This hotel is currently the tallest Mandarin Oriental in the world. Complete with a helicopter pad on the rooftop, Mandarin Oriental Shenzhen is simply the best hotel in town.

1. Room review
We stayed at the 72 floor, and our room was spacious. It had a telescope to admire the night sky and the city skyline, a massive room to unpack luggages and iron clothes, a shower overlooking Ping A Finance Center, and a king-sized bed. It was a marvellous experience.

2. Gym, Spa & Swimming Pool
I found the gym quite sublime personally. With a magnificent view of Futian District and a plethora of high-quality gym equipment, it truly was the ideal gym. The spa was great with an excellent lavender aroma, the swimming pool was quite large, there was a hot tub too! You can buy swim outfits at the pool also.

3. Location
The location was great and connected to the UpperHills shopping mall. The hotel is also only a walk away from Lianhuashan Park and you can book a picnic there with the hotel.
