We can recommend this hotel as one of the best in Shenzhen. While it is a little expensive for most it does have high quality and good service. I would say it is best if you really want to treat yourself. Facilities are not massive but still very nice. Hotel staff do well to provide if you need anything. The rooms are great and well designed. As a platinum member we booked a deluxe room with sea view and was given premier room. Which is a good upgrade but of course expected for a luxury brand within a loyalty program. Hoping there will be some changes to the policy allowing the new suite upgrades being allowed to upgrade to raffle suites as the limit to junior suite for the most loyal members is a bit restrictive. At least maybe this could be used to add more value to the new Diamond membership if an extra level higher suite can be unlocked. Welcome amenities were great. Welcome drink was a memorable thing. We enjoyed the Singapore sling. No raffles lounge at this hotel if anyone is wondering.

Stayed at Raffles Shenzhen for 3 days for a half business half staycation trip, from the time when dropped off from taxi to the time I left, the service was very warm, friendly and attentive.
Love the nice touch at check in where you seated comfortably at the reception while the process was efficient and even proactively offered you recommendations and assisted you to book places you wanna dine during your stay, followed by a warm and thoughtful orientation to the facilities inside the room.
That’s not the kind of heavy decorated designer hotel type but everything is tasteful and modest like a comfy home. Room is well-planned, calm, airy and spacious. The south-facing seaview room got 180 degree of Shenzhen Bay view that you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise and sunset.
Bar on the 71/F is kinda chill, just that music maybe too loud to my personal preference. Probably some soothing music would make the premises even more charming.
Last but not the least, can’t thank enough for Jade and her team’s warm and kind hospitality taking good care of me even that was a short stay. Can’t wait to be back for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommended to those who prefer quality, coziness and exquisite taste.

We just have to visit the Raffles Shenzhen, being the namesake of the famous Raffles in Singapore. This Raffles is a ultra modern , huge hotel. The Long Bar is situated on the 71st floor. The panoramic view along is worth the prices of the beverages. We arrived at about 3.30pm on 31st Dec 2019. The staff were all busy with preparing for the evening's count down activities, making room for additional seatings. I decided to have a bottle of white wine and the lady sommelier gladly recommended a nice Chenin Blanc, that goes well with their signature stuffed boneless chicken wings . The service was great, u can enjoy their tea special or like me , a bottle of wine and chill. A place definitely worth revisiting.

I was expecting to stay in the best hotel in Shenzhen with great service and experience.
However, hotel was out of electricity for 2 times but surprisingly, no one had attempted to give explanation. A five hotel?
Engineering was in the room and said that no movement in the room result from out of electricity. Do you agree with this answer?
Telephone was out of order for 10 mins. This is the scary part
Overall, I will not consider this hotel again

So disappointed with the service offered by Raffles Shenzhen. I booked a suite and stayed for 1 night. The Chinese restaurant located at 70th floor tastes not good. The chicken was too salty and overcooked. When I was doing spa, the therapist said that she cannot get any commission from the price I paid, so she asked for tips. I was so confused about the hotel charging exorbitant prices and did not pay enough to their staff? The thing that pisses me off the most was the service provided by the front desk when I was checking out. The lady was frowning throughout check-out. She was not willing to give me the hard copy of the invoice. She did not ask me how was the stay and of course she did not say any greetings before leaving. That kind of service totally didn’t match the price and also the standard of Raffles (the most luxurious hotel of Accor). I’d never come back to this hotel again, and I planned to reach diamond status of Accor this year, and it seemed that I’m gonna give up cuz I don’t wanna waste on it.

I had a great experience in Raffles Shenzhen! My friends planned a surprise for me. Thanks to the duty manager Mr.Potter Wang for free upgrade. It made my stay awesome.! Thanks to butler Ms. Rainie Chen & Ms. Sharro Chen for the room decorations and a lovely birthday card. It's sooo sweet. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. The massage chair is great! I can relax a bit after a whole day working. There is even a wireless charger! So convenient.! Just a small thing about the facility I would like to mention. Both the floor lamps in the living room will flash while they are on. I suppose it's not something that we expect to see.

I recently stayed at Raffles Shenzhen and had an overall excellent experience. The breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality options, catering to both Western and Chinese tastes. The afternoon tea was delightful, with a serene ambiance and exquisite pastries that were perfect for unwinding. The gym was well-equipped, providing everything needed for a good workout. The swimming pool was beautifully designed, with clean water that made swimming a pleasure.
A special mention goes to the staff, who were professional and incredibly welcoming. In particular, I want to thank *Frieda* and *Becky* for their exceptional service. They went out of their way to set up a bubble bath for us, which was a wonderful surprise and provided much-needed relaxation during my busy schedule. Their attention to detail and care truly made my stay memorable.

When first time visiting this hotel, I realized it’s located right at the heart of the Nanshan District’s upper area just like the Up-east Side of New York City! The view at the hotel, especially from the GYM and the pool is just amazing. Apart from the location and the view which somehow might be a given from the day the hotel opened its business, the services delivered by its staff, especially at the GYM is impressive. Max is the one who helped me when I was there exercising. From experience, he could tell I like doing exercise a lot and so he suggested me to try the pool and said “you won’t regret(trying it)”. Well that is really an understatement for sure and I found it even more fun hanging in the pool whiling enjoying the view from the window! The staff may not be as senior as those typically found in the US/Canada, but they are quite attentive and can quickly get to know your needs like what Max did. Overall, a great stint at the hotel and look forward to it next time visiting Shenzhen.

I felt extremely taken care of at every moment during my stay. The entire team was professional, hospitable, and always took a few extra steps to make sure I had everything I needed. Jade and Aaliyah from the butler team were amazing. Henry and Bevis were efficient and helpful. The chef team led by Jeffrey and service team including Jim and Charlie was one of the most service minded FnB teams I’ve ever seen. The food was also great of course! Thank you to Goran, Damir, Jane, Aggie for arranging and making the stay great as well! Will definitely be back at the Raffles when visiting SZ again!
