What an incredible executive lounge experience, thanks to the awesome team led by Candy/Coral/Esther/Suby/Nana/Lisa, definitely one of the best exec lounge I’ve visited (being as a Platinum member I’ve been to a lot). They made the whole experience at home to me, going above and beyond of what’s normally expected, really shoutout to their incredible customer centric spirit. I’d recommend anyone who plan to visit Shenzhen/Nanshan area to stay at Sheraton Nanshan.

It has been a while since last time I checked in here, merrily to say, the Sheraton Shenzhen Nanshan is as amazing as it always should be. In addition, the super friendly, home-like lunge bar is for sure my favorite place. The lovely and helping staffs here, Candy, Coral, Suby, and Cleo welcome guests with one of the best services in town. Highly recommend here as your top one choice to stay should you ever visit Shenzhen. Adios.

They have wonderful view at the 23rd Floor, especially in the late afternoon. I had a wonderful experience with friends at the Lounge, the food is great! All staff is well trained, always feel warm come here.
