When our client told us that their corporate hotel was the Hard Rock Hotel I was very skeptical as to what it would be like to stay there for business but I was made to eat my words. The place is fantastic, the rooms and facilities are spotless, clean and well maintained, the food is great but it is the service that makes this place really amazing, I travel around 240 days / year so I see a lot of hotels but the service at this hotel is amongst the best I have ever received. I special credit to Iris Huang ( Hope I got her name right ) at the Hard Rock Cafe, made our dinner and drinks really nice and provided a service that was second to none, purely amazing, highly recommend you try this Hotel if you get the chance

I have rarely -if ever, experienced such friendly staff. We have been a small group of golfers with a lot of requests. Nothing was too much for any of the team members. if in Shenzhen, for golf or leisure that's the place to stay. Thanks again to all people at the Hard Rock Hotel Shenzhen.

I stayed at HRH for a long weekend with my golf buddies to play in the adjacent Mission Hills. The hotel is excellent from all aspects. Friendliness of the hotel is just refreshing. Everybody went out of their way making us welcome and comfortable. Rooms are spectacular, particularly the big suites. Meals and drinks are excellent. The management really cares and leads the team from the front. Also the live band at the HR Cafe really rocks! Location of the hotel is perfect for the golfers with modern and comprehensive shopping just next door. There is lots to do in the area and the new Metro Line No 4 stops right in front of the hotel and makes the trip from downtown Shenzhen easy and trouble free. We will be back. Thank you Christoph, Lulu, Winnie and everybody else.

The location of the the hotel is very convenient for golfers to play in Mission Hill. Staffs are full of passion and very helpful. Service is attentive and prompt. The room is clean and spacious. Look forward to returning soon.

Whilst it would not normally be a hotel chain I would have chosen, it’s location next to the amazing Mission Hills golf resort makes it ideally placed for a long weekend. The rooms are huge and beautifully decorated, the Hard Rock Cafe downstairs provides daytime and evening entertainment (with an excellent live band). But what makes this hotel so outstanding is the staff - Christoph, Lily, Lulu and the entire team make you feel like you are the only guest staying there, such is the attention you receive. I have been lucky to stay in many first class hotels around the world, but the service levels here match the very best of them! If you’re planning a weekend of golf, or just a conference / meeting space with a difference, then I can’t recommend it highly enough. It is also right next to the subway stop into the city which whilst a long way out, makes it convenient as well. And finally, fantastic value for money!…
