A great little oasis in the heart of the city on a queit street but just a stroll to the river front. Super friendly and helpful staff whether it was checkin, the restaurant bar or just around the property. Good breakfast, we didn’t try the restaurant as there is so much within walking distance to explore but we were steered by the staff to a couple of great places to eat. Rooms well appointed, clean and cool. Fairly large pool for a city centre hotel, quiet and shady with good pool service. Would definitely stay again . Recommended

Hotel's Favourite
Having worked in hotel hospitality for several years, I can happily say this is the very best hotel I have ever stayed in. I genuinely believe that all hotels should send staff here to see the service provided and what they could and should aspire to. We were holidaying across Cambodia & Vietnam and had an all-too-short 4-night stay here at Viroths. The staff are the heart and soul of this wonderful hotel and whilst I am very sorry to say I cannot recall names now, they certainly will remember your name and will do anything they can for you. From check-in to check-out we felt thoroughly well looked after. It was my partner's birthday during our holiday and I arranged a vintage car pick up from the airport and they also kindly dropped us back in another vintage car so we got to arrive and leave in style. They also made a cake and sang Happy Birthday at breakfast, which was a really nice surprise for him. They can arrange all sorts of trips and will personalise to whatever you require. Rooms are spacious and cool, and ours had a lovely big balcony over the pool area. Beds are super comfy with plenty of space in the bathroom too. We were deeply impressed with housekeeping, who somehow knew when you'd left the room, even for 40 minutes at breakfast, and snuck in like little magic ninjas to make up the bed, towels etc. Breakfast is delicious and they will make to order from a menu of various items so you can select what you'd like. I can highly recommend the local noodle soups. We ate out in the evenings and I hope the hotel won't mind me also highly recommending the Chanrey Tree just across the river and Haven for two utterly delicious Cambodian restaurants. Again, they will happily assist with any restaurant bookings. The main part of town is only a 5-minute walk away with plenty of shops if you need anything close by. We were always personally welcomed back at any time of day with a cool towel and sometimes a drink. In the evenings they will douse you in a natural mosquito spray and although we did get bitten a couple of times, we didn't really notice any bugs at all. Thank you to all the team at Viroths - your hotel made our trip and we were super sad to leave. Although we only saw a very small part of it, Cambodia is an amazing country with amazing friendly people - we will definitely be back and won't consider staying anywhere else! Sonia & Simon

Superb hotel. The staff are the most friendly and serviceminded I have ever met. The hotel is so stylish, and has the best vibe. Perfect location in Siem Reap, right by the river. We had the best time and we were really sad to leave this amazing hotel.

This hotel made our trip to Angkor Wat special. I would stay at this hotel again and we have already recommended it to several friends. From the moment I made the reservation, the hotel was in contact with me, confirming our reservation, our transportation to and from the airport, our 2-day guided tour of Angkor Wat and helping us with any, and all, questions that we had. They even provided mosquito repellant, if we asked for it, every time we left the hotel. Everything about the hotel was impeccable. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. It is a delightful boutique hotel!

Truly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Central quiet location - a short stroll to the river and central points such pub street. The staff are so lovely and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are large clean and beautifully decorated. A oasis of calm after a fabulous day at the temples. Pool is beautiful with fresh towels on hand and waiter service to your beds. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. They even offer mosquito spray as you leave the hotel and afresh cold towel on your arrival. Nothing is overlooked the staff are the soul of this hotel and their smiles say it all - ‘thank you viroths’ we will be back

This little boutique hotel in Siem Reap is the perfect gem. The location is very central but not on Pub street , so it is peaceful and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating. They paid attention to the details and called us by our names. They also had iced lemongrass tea and cold towels available when you return to the hotel , which was definitely needed in 90+ degree weather. The rooms and the pool was immaculate- it was very welcoming and easy to relax. We had amazing deep tissue massages at the spa, which was beautifully done. The front desk was very helpful and guided us on the temple tours. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Siem Reap, you will not be disappointed. Don't forget to visit their beautiful curated gift store across the street. They had amazing local items for sell at reasonable prices.
