Only 15 rooms and 1/2 over look the pool. The rooms are very large , have all the amenities, are very clean, awesome customer service, excellent food and drinks and within walking distance to downtown. The Manager can also arrange trips to local attractions - Angkor Wat, other temples, water parks and Tonel Sap

Had a short 2 day trip to Siem Reap and made the best choice to stay at this boutique-cute-garden-chilling-very affordable hotel in town at it's near everything, Ankor Wat, floating village, pub street, bus station, etc. It has got everything you'd need here in Siem Reap. The front desk is superb, exceptional, awesome with helping all my requests and problems with all patience and smile, amazingly hospitable.Room is clean and smell fresh and OMG it's beyond any expectation to see welcome decoration with my name spelled with local plant leaves. So welcoming and so kind. Breakfast is also good. I like their coffee, which is very tasty and special. I guess it's the SEA countries local coffee beans. Anyways, super recommended. Just click the book button and you will be amazed. Bon vayage.

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights and could have easily stayed longer. This upscale boutique hotel is off the Main Street away from the noise but only a $2 Tuk Tuk ride to Pub Street or the main area. It was walking distance to Genevieve’s and some other local restaurants if Pub Street isn’t your thing. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. This was not our first time to Siem Reap but they still helped us set up tours and transportation to other sights around the city. We really only ate breakfast at the restaurant but it was very good. They had both Eastern and western style food. The pool and waterfall was also a great place to relax and cool down after a day of sightseeing. We felt sad leaving because of how friendly and kind the staff had been to us. They gave us parting gifts that we still wear and use today. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we come back to Siem Reap and we highly recommend.

This is the place to stay in Siem Reap. Excellent staff and super clean rooms. The staff goes above and beyond and always does things with beautiful smile on their face. Pub street is just 15mins walk or short ride from tuk tuk just 2$. The hotel staff can provide all local information and give all local suggestions. Would highly recommend and would definitely go back to stay.

Everything in the inn was remarkable. The room was exceptionally extensive and cleaned. The area was likewise very acceptable, just 10 minutes stroll to PubStreet zone and furthermore 10 minutes to Wat Bo zone, in a very territory. The pool was additionally extremely decent and clean. Water was somewhat cold for my taste (however this is only an individual taste, as I love warm water). Breakfast was very acceptable in examination with the Cambodian principles. You could browse a little smorgasbord and furthermore from a "á la carte" menu, joining both. We were each day happy with the morning meal advertised. Be that as it may, with no uncertainty, the best about our stay was the treatment gotten by the individuals working at the inn, who truly caused us to feel as at home. We felt truly welcome and it was in every case extremely pleasant to return to the lodging after…

We have recently discovered Residence 101 and have now stayed twice. It is a little gem! The service is superb and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Everywhere is spotless, and the pool area is like an oasis after a day sightseeing. Breakfast is delicious and the range of dishes suits all tastes. We don't see how you could get anywhere as nice for the price. It is such good value for money. We love it here and we're sorry to leave!

We just spent 5 days staying here at Residence 101 and can’t speak highly enough of the place. The rooms was clean & the king size bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water and the AC worked faultlessly. The included breakfast was more than adequate with plenty of choices. Lots of local restaurants nearby & an easy 10min walk to Pub Street. They will organize transport to all the temples for you at a very reasonable price. Lastly the staff are just beautiful, so helpful and always smiling & willing to help.

“We thought Residence 101 was the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap. After our days exploring the temples, it was like returning to an oasis of calm and peacefulness. The staff were amazing. They were helpful and willing to make our stay even better, and were always cheerful and friendly. The room was clean and well serviced, and the pool an extra bonus at the end of a hot day. I would not hesitate to recommend Residence 101 to others.”

We booked this hotel based on the positive Tripadvisor reviews. They weren’t wrong. This hotel was our favourite from our whole trip. Very cleverly designed, comfortable rooms and tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. What made the hotel for us were the staff, the service was fantastic. Thank you Rrya, Vicheat, Visal,Nich, Chana and Seang for looking after so well and making the hotel a real home from home.
