From being picked up at the airport through to being dropped back, you will experience a warm, friendly, relaxing and rewarding time here. The facilities are excellent, choice wide and varied and everything oozes quality. My wife and I stayed in a Lodge facing the pool. The Lodges are airy, well equipped and all the little extra’s make your time in them that little bit more relaxing and special. It was but a short pleasant walk for breakfast fit for royalty with friendly faces and attentive staff. The food is excellent and choice very varied. Nothing was too much and our conversations with Giulio and his staff were varied, relaxed and fun. This resort is at the higher price end, but worth every penny. Enjoy the sunset bar with a cigar, good company and fantastic views or grab a tuk tuk and enjoy all that Siem Reap has to offer. We loved it here and hope to be back soon.…
We stayed at Phum Baitang recently and now with every photo that I see my heart just longs to go back. We had the most incredible experience, from pick up at the airport to the drop off. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, we have 2 young boys and they were so accomodating, they helped my husband to arrange something special for our anniversary and the list just goes on. The accomodation and facilities are absolute luxury, the photos do not do it justice, it is something that you have to experience yourself. Wholeheartedly would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to go to Siem Reap. Cant wait to go back.
The room and hotel is absolutely stunning! Would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. Perfect for spending the day after visiting the temples. The staff is extremely nice, Thida was lovely. The food was also delicious. Make sure to check out the boutique, we loved the selection.
Excellent run resort, great value for money at this price point. The resort and atmosphe are unique, imitating a rural Cambodian village but still at a full five star classification. Good location in relation to Ankor Wat and other temples. Resort will arrange private tours, which can be recommended
We had a wonderful stay at Phum Baitang with our 10 month old baby. The staff went out of their way to make our experience as enjoyable as possible and we were greeted with a smile everywhere we went which made the experience extremely memorable. Nothing was too much effort and everyone was genuine, caring and helpful. The rooms are full of rustic charm using natural wood flooring and organic textures. The way the windows frames the tropical leaves was very aesthetically pleasing. We found the pool villa to be worth the extra money as it allowed us to relax both there and at the main pool alternately. We also took advantage of the babysitting service that was offered. The sunset bar was not to be missed either - one of the most relaxing spots I can remember being in. It is abuzz with the sounds of nature and it feels like being transported back 100 years. The food was extraordinary as well - the pork ribs and rice dumplings for dessert were particularly memorable. All in all, a thoroughly enjoyable time - made possible by the excellent staff. …
