We had a lovely week staying at the hotel. Beautiful swimming pool. Staff were attentive and very helpful, with transfers, dining and tour suggestions. Nary at the front desk was excellent. Palm Cafe was very good with a range of eastern and western options and a wide range of drink options. Room was a good size, with large bathroom and balcony. Hotel arranged private airport transfers, tour guides and tuk tuks for us. Location was excellent with many dining options just out the front door.

On a family holiday we booked 2 rooms thru travel agent, choose this hotel as we like the idea of Boutique Style and the central location. When we arrived there was one reception and no one around. We thought it was very quiet, ask about the bar they said the bar closed, ask about the restaurant, they said restaurant closed no services at all, hotel use a small coffee shop to serve breakfast and dinner, we want to buy a red wine they said no red wine available in stock. What the ghost hotel? This hotel is very quiet and most of facility is out of services, the rooms really outdated, desperately asking for new furniture and decoration. The staff was rude and unhelpful specially those of the restaurant, Bad food quality and poorer service. The only good thing was the location of the hotel.

The hotel has a modern design with a twist of use of wood decor giving it a nice elegant chique look. The rooms are very nice size, ours was located by the very welcoming pool. The staff were friendly and the location walking distance from the central streets. The hotel is working hard to get back to shape following COVID19. So still no service by pool and the breakfast was rather basic, coffee bad. But plenty of nice places to have a great breakfast nearby. Personally, we loved the breakfast at peace cafe ( great coffee, pancakes and such)

Dear reccagranot, Thank you very much for staying with us. We're very happy to hearing you have enjoyed your stay. We have suspended our operation for awhile during the covid pandemic and have just back in operation in November last year. Services and facilities have all reviewed and improved to meet the standard and to welcome back our guests after border re-opened. Once again, thank you for your understanding and support. Best regards, ryan

We came here just after Covid restrictions had lifted and got literally the best service ever. Check in was easy and our room was huge, cool and lovely. Tastefully furnished, enough space for everything yet also minimalist. The staff are lovely (huge shout out to the lovely individual running breakfast who was so polite!) Breakfast was good, catering to Western and Eastern tastes. Pool area very nice. We liked the area, although not dead central. Opposite there is a lovely restaurant called Kim Heung restaurant that serves local dishes tailored to your tastes for 3 USD and pure juices for 1.50. Can not praise the hotel enough.

Not a vacation that I can wrote on my diary. Service was too slow. Room was just ok with a good size but no decoration at all. Wifi terrible on off few times. Breakfast was so bad. Swimming pool was on the first floor and no towel no staff around no services at the pool. Hotel lobby was very hot. Locate 10 minutes from pub street was the only things that make this hotel worth. For me better go the new hotel near by the river such like FCC Angkor just few minute from this hotel.

The facility is very basic. The design of the hotel is nice but the service was really bad. the staff work like no soul, posted wrong bill, coffee machine was broken, no manager around or greeting even one single time during my 3 days stay. Only the receptionist lady and a young fellow smiled and said good morning to me. No Staff stand by at the pool area, pool bar was empty. Location is 10 min walk safely (overpass) to pub street, not much to do except shopping mall across the street Do not recommend to stay here if you expect for good services hotel.

Just stay here, i love the location, the room, great and clean, nice balcony but the service was so bad, rude and unhelpful staff, i feel bad as it seems they are scared of the manager who doesn't ever appear only they need to call him for everything. they are not well trained and poor service, very disappointing as its not a cheap hotel, like i said, the room is worth it, the rest of the hotel is very very poor. The restaurant food was also very average for the price, no coffee. Would not come back!!

Very closed to town. My family were so excited after getting here and we thought that our trip was just simple but hotel sent driver to pick us up as scheduled so brilliant. Three of us really enjoyed as my kid really liked the pool. Our room was so nice and good view outdoor. My wife had breakfast there but I didn't have mine coz I got up late we spent a little bit money for city dinner. Booked passap so helpful and fast cheap.

Before I am writing this, I'd like to thank you staff for making me to feel so kind of Cambodian.!! Firstly, I've checked in at the morning time staffs take care me and acted as so rush to get a room for me as I have spent many hour on plane and I was so boring to get flight with people that everyone was so patient with the situation. My room was so fantastic face to the pool with a huge balcony whole view of hotel and pool. Really loved this room. AC so cool. Bathtub so cleaned. I spent three days without any faults at all. My trip to Botambong with a private car was a lot of fun. The wooden train so so nice I can recommend this extra trip really amazing. Will come back again. Thank everyone

Gorgeous stay! My friend and i were here 4days without any fails at all even our stay was a bit lonesome and hotel was very closed to any convenient stores. My room cleaned twice a day that is a good need. Door step down so easy. Bed is abit hard but good for some people. I spent almost whole day in hotel and get some drink at the pool so fantastic. Room nearby the pool was so nice. will come back if all thing going well in the future.
