Friendly and helpful staffs and owner, cozy room, pleasant atmosphere, 0.5$ draft beers, walking distance near pub street and delicious BBQ whenever they held a BBQ Party. Good to meet new friends too.

I stayed this guest house 3 times. I always enjoy it. Especially the Japanese owner is so friendly and really kind. you can ask about Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. They have Tuktuk tour. It was quite cheap. They have free airport pickup service as well. You can get draft beer costs only $0.5!!! The room was OK. The Wi-Fi was pretty fast. It worked in the room as well.

was a great place to stay with lovely, easy going people who are helpful as can be. also easy to walk around to the old market and plenty of restaurants. I would recommend it to my family if they should ever be in the area

Though we loved the people at this guesthouse (and they hooked us up with a most helpful and charming driver for all 3 days at the temples!) our room and the overall space was a huge disappointment. The rooms reeked of mold and were quite dirty, and some lack windows, which adds to the "prison vibe" here. The photos on the website may only be for a couple rooms upstairs that seem to be occupied long-term. And the outdoor courtyard / bar / eating area smells of cat pee and smoke, and is equally disheveled and cluttered with bikes, discarded furniture, broken fans, a sleeping area/bedroom for staff. While I'd love to give this a more positive rating because the people were so helpful and friendly, we have to be honest and say that we were counting the days until we left...
