A fantastic mid size resort just out of town. A really authentic experience. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The food was great and the service was very good. Kumlean (?) at the restaurant was always very helpful and provided great service to us.

Everything was nice starting from the great staff to the two pools and the rooms. We had a large fantastic suite with great decoration. The gardens are lovely. We only spent a night here but will remember it for long. Congratulations to the great team taking care about this nice place.

Fantastic place, great staff. Especially Mr. Namn was very helpful and enthusiastic. Good place to get stuck when you can’t get home, very relaxing! Friendly crew, great food and atmosphere, superb massages .

We stayed at the resort for a week and we enjoyed every minute! The staff is the nicest people that are very helpful. From reception, to restaurant, to massage, to cleaning everybody is doing their very best to make a nice and calm atmosphere. The resort can help with everything from Angkor Wat tours, tuk tuks and everything you desire at a very reasonable price. The resort lives perfectly up to its description and pictures. A special recommendation to Mr.Tom at the reception and mr. Pajit at the restaurant that were especially helpful. I will recommend everyone to stay at this resort!

We were relocated here due to problems at our previous hotel and we weren’t disappointed. Our room was spacious with two large beds and a huge tea cup shaped bath in the corner by the window. Everything was clean and comfortable and we overlooked the infinity pool and gardens. There was another pool too and plenty of shady tables and chairs for relaxing. Breakfast was good with a chef at the egg bar cooking any kind of egg you fancied to order. My only other observation is that the bathroom was too dark for make up, shaving or putting in contact lenses easily.

Had an amazing stay here for 4 nights in a junior suite - the staff were so lovely and remembered our names the whole time - especially Samny - and the breakfast was delicious. You didn’t need to organise anything yourself because they did it all for us. Also the choice of pool were very nice! Would recommend!

Amazing stay at Model Angkor resort! Staff are so friendly and attentive, especially Samny! They help booking excursions for us, giving us loads of options to suit us. Very relaxing and calm stay, rooms are spacious, pool is great as is the restaurant and resort is lovely. Highly recommend 5 stars!

This hotel is a real hidden gem in Siem Reap. Fantastic value for money, large spacious rooms with a complimentary pick up and drop off service to and from the airport too. The staff were all so lovely, especially Samny who was so friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The hotel is in a great location to get to places and the onsite restaurant had great dinner choices for the days that we wanted to stay and eat in the hotel. The pool was just incredible too. If I were to come back to Siem Reap- I would definitely stay here again!

Miss Samny and the entire staff were amazing the pools and grounds are lovely There Tuk Tuk drivers are helpful and timely amazing driving skills The only glitch we had was not with them but with booking.Com they never a ranged for our airport pickup but a 10 dollar taxi got us there
