Cyclo d'Angkor Boutique Hotel is delightful. It is neatly tucked away aside Vithei Charles de Gaulle and perfectly located between Angkor Wat and downtown Siem Reap. My family and I found the hotel lobby breathtaking; tropical and filled with traditional Cambodian artwork. We were greeted with hot towels and refreshments and guided to our rooms after a brief introduction. We booked a family suite as we had two adults and a 17 year old. Our accommodations were perfect. The room was large with plenty of room, two beds and a separate sitting area. The room was very well maintained and clean. We took long swims in each of the pools. One pool is located directly off of the lobby and the other on the rooftop. We enjoyed happy hour and a phenomenal breakfast. But I cannot say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, every single person on staff provided 5 star, white glove customer service. We will be back!…
This hotel was full of art, we made friends with the staff, had delicious breakfasts and a nice swim in the roof top pool. Mr. Ram, Mr. John, Mr. Fine, Ms. Rose and Ms. Chhorvik were especially wonderful to us, catering to our whims and providing lots of warm conversation and smiles.
I had one of my best experience in hotels around the world, the cleaning is very good, services, pool, localization, breakfast, but the mainly point is the simpaty of staff, they are very happy, always with smile in their faces. There is one guy called Ram that helped us a lot ans is very helpful !
Our stay was a very pleasant surprise. We used every part of the facility (except the ground floor pool). Rose and John were more than helpful in getting us situated in Siem Reap. We had two spa treatments. Both were amongst the better we've had in Asia (or Europe). The hotel's Tuk Tuk driver (Sea) was one of those gentle souls that we'll remember long after our time in Cambodia. The breakfast buffet and dinner menu were both good for Asian and Western palettes. What separates this hotel though is the dedication and attentiveness of the staff. Two thumbs way up!
They will great you with a cold tea and hand cloth right when you arrive. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Both pools are shaded for most of the afternoon so good if you want to cool down after a day of sightseeing. If you are wanting to tan I recommend going to the pools before 2pm. 10-15 minute walk to get to pub street/ the markets or about a 5 minute tuk tuk ride. Breakfast was quantity over quality, but something for everyone. The staff is very friendly and will greet you by name. The spa was nice and relaxing. WiFi was strong and worked all over the hotel and in the room. Overall it is a great place to stay with a truly amazing staff.
