I spent such a great time at this awesome property and people are truly friendly, helpful and attentive to any of my needs. I would like to commend each and every one of its Staff members for their outstanding performance, specially to Mr. Long who run the extra mile to accommodate some special requests.

Spent a delightful few days in the wonderful Heritage Suites Hotel. Excellent staff, great food and a wonderful suite complete with its own pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. Special shout out to Mr. Long who always seemed to be available at the front desk and went out of his way to ensure that everything was perfect.

We stayed at this hotel during February 2023. The hotel and staff are very friendly and the place is well managed. We also took a trip to Angkor Wat with their team Mr Joy ,the driver and Mr Bunna the guide. If you get the chance then book these guys. We were lucky and had fantastic weather and the tour was informative and educational an a stop for lunch was very welcome at a local hostelry.

Rooms (pool villa) strangely furnished and slightly worn. Toilet with outrageously bad light - you're almost sitting in the dark... Pool in the room not very nice, small and not well maintained. Otherwise the hotel made a rather worn impression, not dingy but also not very well maintained. Not a great pleasure to live here. The breakfast is simply not good - very small selection and even this didn't really taste good - the whole thing was very unloving. Strange: there is a coffee machine in the pool suite, but you have to pay USD 2.5 for the "capsules" - a cheek. ATTENTION: do not take the TukTuk in front of the hotel, but order one via GRAB - the one in front of the hotel costs three times as much as the ordered Tuktuk - so just a rip off once again - you can see that very often - it is not about the little money every foreigner can easily afford, it is just about being ripped off….. It's a shame, during Covid Siem Reap was wonderful, now unfortunately there are masses of people in front of every little temple again....…

This is a very popular item on the room menu and we sell very many each day and the feedback is usually very positive. I'm so sorry that this was not your experience. Please be inform you that all the Tuk Tuk are not belong to the hotel, so we can’t control their price, however I took note of your comments and we will address all the issues with the tuk tuk drivers who park in front of our hotel. This small hotel is inspired by a very tasteful colonial style, ver nice garden, large swimming pool, large and very clean and well equiped bedrooms. The staff is absolutely lovely. Also enjoyed the massage at the spa, really perfect !

Heritage suites is THE place to stay in Siem Reap. My wife and I had our wedding here and it was a dreamy unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this venue for a destination wedding. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, always smiling. The directors are highly capable and experienced in handling all types of events, in particular weddings, which gave us peace of mind in choosing Heritage Suites. Trust me when I say that you will be well taken care of! The hotel architecture is stunning, with a French colonial inspired theme that contains breathtaking sculptures and artwork throughout the premises. The hotel restaurant boasts a tall grand ceiling with a cool bar that has ceiling high mirrors. The food menu contains a range of western and Cambodian cuisine that is very tasty. The inclusive breakfast with freshly squeezed juices is exceptional! The rooms are very spacious and clean, with a nice Khmer/Cambodian touch and luxury finishes. We stayed in a pool room suite, which was 80 square metres although feels much larger than this due to open plan design. A friend stayed in the 35 square metre heritage room and it was still very spacious with close easy access to the large hotel pool. We were very fortunate to be upgraded to The Residence on the night of our wedding, which was the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in. Day spa is a dream, with many types of treatments available at reasonable prices! The hotel location is excellent, in the heart of Siem Reap with all the main attractions close by. Tuk-tuk's on standby almost all times of the day to take you anywhere. In terms of planning day trips or other adventures, Heritage Adventures, a sister company, has their head office within the hotel. Therefore, you can plan any activities through the hotel, which is very efficient. This is more than just a hotel, but an experience that will leave you feeling totally relaxed and truly on holiday. The welcoming touch of all of the staff make this a six-star experience… do yourself a favour and make this your next destination holiday and hotel to stay at! We will definitely be back!! Fabulous, beautiful hotel. Wonderful pool - perfect for cooling down after mornings at the temples. Quiet location, but close to everything. Wonderful, friendly staff who could not have done more to look after us. A special thanks to Tola - who makes a wicked margarita.

We had a fabulous stay at this hotel in Siem Reap. They upgraded both of us to lovely suites and the rooms were so comfortable. The pool area is excellent and the staff could not be nicer. I highly recommend a stay here. The food was very good and it is a short tuk tuk ride to the town.

Heritage Suites is a magical place! The team and GM are very attentive and courteous, great facilities, very nice food and SPA is superb! Cleaning rooms at least two times a day is a bonus. Travel department is very knowledgeable and arranged superb tours. Can’t wait to return!
