Stayed here for4 nights on our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia. Pretty faultless hotel to be fair. Staff genuinely smile on meeting you and are always happy to help. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection of different cuisines although it was exactly the same food selection every day (and no salami?). Very clean throughout and Reception happy to book tuktuks or shows for you if required. Air conditioning though efficient was very loud and did disturb sleeping, as did noises from adjacent rooms because of the tiled floors throughout. Lovely pool (no life guard). Our room was on the extreme left of the hotel overlooking the bike park for the employees and some generators/air con units which again disturbed our sleep. No view because we also looked into a residential “ shop”. We asked to change rooms but none were available but the manager agreed to do so if one came up. That said it didn’t spoil our stay and I would definitely recommend it.…

Great hotel in a very interesting place. The people is awesome and everything in the hotel is just perfect. Grate rooms, pool, breakfast and restaurantes. Its located near the centre of the city where you can go easily any time off the day or night.

We had a perfect stay . Everything and everyone was so nice friendly and helpful since our arrival . They sent us to the VIP room for a welcome drink, sweet bean candy on a banana leaf and a fresh lemongrass towel for refreshing. It felt great since we have arrived by bus. The location is of easy access to town and Angkor Wat temples. There is always a tuk tuk nearby. The room was perfectly clean comfortable whit a bathtub , silk robes. So elegant. The atmosphere makes you feel as if you are a royal member. The ox restaurant is a perfect experience. We had the Wagyu tenderloin and there’s also a great selection of wine. Breakfast and drinks options at the hotel are just superb. The front desk staff is very helpful we needed to book a elephant sanctuary visit and a ride to Bangkok and Phin did everything for us. There’s always traditional live music in the hotel lobby. The staff clothes is so beautiful and they are so polite it makes you fell like you want to live here. …

We were travelling on a Titan escorted tour and were very lucky with this hotel. It was truly wonderful. Staff were so helpful, always a smile for us. From the massive entrance hall with local music gently played by musicians lulling you into a real sense of calm to the beautifully appointed rooms. The food was fantastic catering to all tastes. Truly a lifetime experience.

The resort is Khmer themed and has very spacious public areas decorated in a local style. It has many staff in traditional dress and often has musicians playing music in the lobby. Breakfast was buffet style and there was a fantastic choice that would suit visitors from most places. While we were there we saw a pretty even mix of western and Asian customers and all seemed to find something they enjoyed. We ourselves made good use of the egg station each morning. The bedrooms were large (around 40sq M) and well appointed. Plenty of wardrobe space and again Khmer themed. A balcony overlooking the swimming pool made a nice opportunity to enjoy the weather. The hotel has a large concierge team which are keen to assist with organising temple trips/ airport transport and the like. Our assistant in this regard was Lipai who did a good job. We used the hotel for airport collection and return and also for two days of temple trips with English tour guide and driver. This was all well organised and worked without any hitches. All in all a good, high quality hotel with a Khmer styling and excellent facilities. Recommended.…

Really nice hotel, incredibly friendly and helpful staff who really go out of their way to make your experience enjoyable. Special shout-out to Andy! Such a kind and helpful person. Thank you so much. The hotel has great facilities: well set up gym, spa (hot tub, steam room, sauna) and nice pool area. Breakfast was also so good, lots of choice! Would 100% recommend. Fantastic hotel situated off National Rd 6, a short tuk-tuk ride from the centre of Siam Reap, and an excellent base to visit Angkor Wat. Rooms are huge, with a large double bed in a traditional design. Complimentary waterand fruit provided. Very good breakfast choice, both Khmer and European, and a large swimming pool. This hotel is amazing. The property is huge and beautiful. The breakfast buffet has many options. And the hospitality is second to none. Close to city center with a queue of tuk tuks to pick you up from the front door. Vanly provided an amazing welcome experience in the VIP room. Would definitely stay here again!

It was an absolutely beautiful hotel! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. They tended to our every need. The food was amazing. We had the Asian restaurant. The spa service was superb, we had facials. The location was phenomenal, close to everything. Book here and you won’t forget it.
