Great hotel. Fantastic friendly, helpful and very professional staff. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. Nice rooms, great shower, comfortable bed, good tv channel selection, good strong wifi and nice compact balcolny. Breakfast lovely and garden and ammenities very well maintained. I have had two short stays here this trip, 4 nights and 2 nights respectively and will definitely stay again. Thank you Lotus Blanc!
The staff in the hotel could not have been friendly or more welcoming if they tried. From the moment we stepped into the hotel, throughout our stay, and on departure the staff were very accommodating to all our needs. The room was very nice and benefitted with a balcony although our view could have been better. I suppose we can't all have the rooms with the best view though. Food was delicious and the garden and grounds well maintained. Delightful.
Stayed here in February just at the start of the Covid pandemic. China was already locked down which, we were told, probably accounted for the area and this hotel to be quieter than usual. Made our reservation directly with the hotel which included breakfast and a pickup from the airport. All emails prior to our visit were answered quickly and efficiently. The hotel's taxi driver was waiting for us just outside arrivals. Siem Reap is not far from the airport so we soon reached the hotel. Lotus Blanc Resort and Lotus Blanc Hotel actually share most of the same facilities including the garden, pool areas and gym. They do both have separate entrances and receptions. We booked a Landmark King room which was large, clean and had everything you would need including kettle, TV, comfy bed and a small balcony which overlooked the garden as requested,(thank you). The pool and garden were lovely and was a nice peaceful area for relaxing after visiting Angkor and its stunning temples. The brealkfast was lovely as was the meal we ate in the Rice Garden restaurant. There is also a happy hour each day which we took full advantage of. The hotel is located slightly away from the hustle and noise of Siem Reap but still close enough to take a very cheap tuk tuk each evening to visit the local restaurants and bars. One tip which we learnt was, if you had a particular restaurant which you wanted to visit, to give the details to one of the very friendly and helpful concierges. There are always tuk tuks parked outside the hotel so the concierge will tell the tuk tuk driver so he knows exactly where to take you and agree a price for the trip. This way the tuk tuk will take you straight to the restaurant and you aren't wandering around lost. The tuk tuks do offer to wait but we always chose to wander around SR after our meal before taking another tuk tuk back to the hotel. Every staff member we met, cleaners, receptionists, waiters, bar staff etc were always cheerful, said hello and seemed to genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. This hotel was perfect for our 5 night stay. Should we return to SR in the future we would definitely choose to stay here again. We would definitely recommend.…
