There not much you can fault this hotel for. The rooms are large and nicely furnished with all the amenities you should need. There a lovely bathroom with a large bath which was perfect to soak in after a very long journey from the uk. The food for breakfast was excellent with a very large section on offer. We found it the perfect spot for a three stop to see the sights. The only grumble was the lack of sun beds around the pool, especially in the afternoon.

Hotel's Favourite
We visited Borei Angkor as our final destination on our tour of two weeks, the staff from arrival and throughout our stay have been so friendly and attentive. The hotel is lovely and has all the facilities required to enable us to enjoy our stay to the maximum, we have enjoyed having this hotel as a base to visit local attractions and also relax on our last day

Stayed here for 2 nights. Wonderful stay except for checkin and checkout process. Pros: - Rooms were clean and quiet - Restaurant was very good. Food was a mix of local and international cuisine. Good spread and excellent selection of seasonal fresh fruits. - All the staff working in the restaurant made the experience exceptional. - Excellent massage services at the spa. -Airport transfers are convenient -Ambience is traditional styling Check in and checkout process could be a lot better. At the time of check in we were assigned a non-privilege floor room that was less than the one we had paid for. We had to go back to the lobby to insist that we get the room we booked. Did discuss with Front manager Mr.Maki/Wottana. They finally agreed after an hour to get us the room we had booked. We discussed with the e-commerce manager Mr.Korona. He promised to investigate further. The keys to one of the rooms didn’t work and we had to go back to the front desk. Similarly at checkout, we were overcharged. We requested to adjust the bill, which was agreed, but we were asked to spend the difference at the restaurant. Since we had to leave, we asked them to correct the bill and were informed that it was not possible. Had to get all the front desk staff involved and after 25 minutes, was corrected. The staff at the restaurant and spa get 5 stars and make this place excellent. Special shout out to Henry, Handsome (Buntheang), and Reaksa.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The staff were so welcoming and the location was great, with tuk tuks available outside to take you where you wanted to go. We often walked to the centre which took 25 minutes. We felt extremely safe. But if you do want a tuk tuk just agree on the price first. It's usually 3usd to Pub Street which was great for a night out. The pool area was beautiful and there is a lovely bar around the pool. Our room was spacious with beautiful Cambodian style furniture. We arranged our own private tour to see the temples at Angkor Wat, but the hotel does provide all the tours you may want. We would definitely stay here again if going back to Siem Reap. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay 😁

Privilege Floor by Borei Angkor was great. The “Premium King Room” was spacious with a private balcony. It was a city-view room but perfectly quiet as the hotel is set far back from the avenue. The bathroom was also large with tub and separate shower with high flow water. The hotel was built in 1997 and has lots of beautiful dark wood decor throughout. One really does feel that you are staying in an authentic Cambodian hotel. The breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of delicious food. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Some less positive reviews complained no air-conditioning in lobby and halls. While true, they were cool enough for my Nordic physiology. Other reviews complained about wear-n-tear in the room, but it was minimal, and if anything, added to the authenticity. I’d definitely return.

The hotel is off a busy street although you don’t hear the noise once you are inside the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly and offered us tea and their traditional rice treat. All very nice. The room is spacious and the bathroom has a stand alone tub which was sweet. The bathroom was dated and they could update the fixtures and tiles to improve the guest experience. The breakfast buffet was elaborate. Indian food was offered which we enjoyed. Wonderful choice of fruits, crepes, pancakes, pastries etc. Tje hotel called a Tuk Tuk for us when we wanted to visit Pub Street (which is a must see area). It costs us $2 each way. Loved the hotel entrance and the musician playing an instrument in the lobby. Also found the evening coffee area staff very pleasant. There was some confusion on our part about how far the hotel is from the airport so we are glad the hotel offered to pick us up from the airport which is 40-45 minutes away.

I do enjoy this hotel. It is located a short tuk tuk drive outside Siem Reap centre and is very quiet and peaceful. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The building has great character and is traditional. There are a variety of rooms and I relly like the ones with a roll top bath. Rooms are clean and comfortable and are well air conditioned. The breakfast buffet is very respectable and the food of a good quality. Again the staff were friendly. Breakfast runs until 10:00. Room packages usually include an airport transfer of at least one way and this was very efficient. The driver was chatty and had good English skills. As the new airport is about an hour outside the city, this facility is particularly valuable and helpful. There is a lovely outdoor pool and a spa area where there are a couple of hot tubs that guests can use. This hotel is really good and perfect for my 5 night stay in Siem Reap
