Our stay at Grand ELysee was more than perfect. The rooms and lobby are furnished with a tasteful modern eclectic decor. The hotel provides a hotel car service that picks you up from the airport which is such a nice welcome. When you arrive they provide a welcome drink and they can arrange all of the tours, drivers and spa treatments for your stay upon your arrival. The breakfast buffet and restaurant overlook the pool in a cozy tropical setting. The friendliness of the staff is overwhelming. Each time you arrive back at the hotel you are greeted by the staff with fresh cold hand towels and a group of staff that will attend to your every wish. The restaurant staff are equally as friendly. The restaurant is in a very nicely location. it is walking distance to some great restaurants and a convenient tuk tuk ride to the night market or the temples.

We spent two nights here near the end of feb. Our room was amazing, very clean and neat. We got a room with pool view, got a sofa outside to relax and chill. Customer service was awesome, everyone's really kind and helpful. They made us feel super welcomed. They arranged our airport transfer for us and also provide a free Sim card (with data). Restaurant food was good as well. No complaints at all.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk to the pub street and old market district, and only few minutes by tuktuk (cost 1-2$).

Wonderful place to stay and will definitely visit again. :)

Thanks again to all the staff here.

The hotel is nice, clean, spacious and good value for money, but the best part about this hotel is their staff. They are friendly and playful. They are extremely sweet and show a very genuine interest in your well being. This hotel also provided us with pick and drop and on flight being cancelled, we rebooked our accommodation with them, and when we came back to the hotel, their staff greeted us with a refreshing welcome drink and they also gave us a free upgrade ( without us requesting for it), We believe they did this to lift up our mood as we had a cancelled flight, in that case it is very genuine case of empathy, which we highly appreciate.

The Grand Elysee hotel was a great place, it´s new, clean, with comfortable beds, great bath tub, abundant breakfast buffet. Its about a 20 min walk to the night market and pub street, but you can also take a tuk tuk for 2usd and get there in 8 min. You can also take a tuk tuk to angkor its a short ride. They picked us up and droped us off at the airport in a van which was really helpfull. Everything in the hotel was great but what really made the stay outstanding was the staff, everyone was extremely attentive, hospitable, cheerful, warm and kind. The best service you can get. Definitely recomend staying here.

This hotel staff were really helpful and delightful; Super friendly and welcoming!! We had a the penthouse suite with beautiful stylish bathroom - plenty of space but there’s no divider between spaces so not much privacy between us and the kids. You probably won’t need this as you will be out and about discovering temples or night markets. There was a pool which was great for cooling down after temple hops. Staff could not have been more helpful - booking trips and negotiating prices for a Tuk tuks. Hotel driver took us between temples and reasonable rate for day. We were cooked supper - for nominal price and all mini bar drinks complimentary. You must do the circus with kids although not what you might expect - arty, musical, theatrical and intimate rather than old school.

The hotel was a great base to explore the delights of Siem Reap town and Angkor Wat; not right in the centre but close enough to get into town in 2-3 minutes in tuk tuk for $2. Kids loved the night markets with fish pedicure and spider on a stick snacks.

Overall great hotel for a short family stay and they really couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly.

Thanks 😁

This hotel is a boutique property with great visual appeal especially for those who like a minimalistic and natural setting and extremely friendly efficient staff manning both the front desk as well as the dining, service area. The property is certainly not for those seeking a luxurious stay but is good value for money . Its barely a year old and there were some obvious oversights that I guess those will be settled soon. We stayed in room 212 where there were no fixtures to hang ones clothes or towels in the washroom which was certainly disconcerting . Pointed it out at the front desk and hope it is remedied as other rooms in our group did have them. The breakfast is adequate as to variety but certainly the taste quotient was wanting . The biggest put off for me was the swimming pool where I made the mistake of going in without protective eye gear. The chemicals used in the pool were si overpowering that my eyes kept burning for the next few days in spite of repeated rinses and eye drops. My throat and nasal cavity too turned raw and I’m still grappling with that four days later. When I complained to the front desk they told me that they had just recharged the pool the night before and omitted to warn me. The hotel is staffed by very pleasant ‘service’ staff but none that one felt had a managerial authority. I hope the property sorts out these issues soon as it is indeed very good value for money .

We just enjoyed 4 wonderful days in this lovely hotel. Made to feel welcome from free pick up at the airport to being received warmly by the team of staff on check in.
Hotel is new, the rooms are very specious, enormous bathroom with large tub and walk in shower and a separate toilet. Good amenities and wifi. The bed is so comfortable with quality linen. Nice, simple breakfast choices plus eggs or soup noodles cooked to order. It’s an easy 15 mins walk to the night market and pub street with some good restaurants along the way, Little Kroma, Khmer Grill and Christa nearby.
Grand Elysee is a wonderful choice for Siem Reap. Special mention to Rose, Ammy, Myker, the delightful day manager who went the extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable. The lovely young waiter with the big smile and great service at breakfast. Highly recommend!

What hotel’s staff greets you with cold face towels the minute you walk in from a long hot and sticky day at Angkor Wat? That’s the kind of excellent service you get at this hotel. From Muda who helped us with confirming our tours to arranging a special dinner, Tra the Manager, Mr Brenner, all the staff members at this hotel were pretty awesome. The rooms are large, bathroom a very good size. The hotel is only 9 months old, and is an excellent value for the price you pay. The breakfast buffet is average. This hotel prides itself with a family atmosphere. Highly recommend this hotel, it is a great location and a $2 Tuktuk ride to Old Town.
