Everything nice. Thé staff is very dedicated. Thé location is Nice. At Thé restaurant very good too. Créant, secure, quiet. Not expensive. Too much russians but this cannot be controled by thé hôtel. Mr Chin and Ms Oeurm, Ms Toych and Mr TRY are very compétent and politesse.

This is a very nice, small hotel just outside the action of Siem Reap. The beds in this hotel are the most comfortable I have felt in my travels in SE Asia. It’s worth it to stay here just for the comfy beds and excellent pillows. The A/C works great too. The service at the front desk and in the restaurant is excellent, and very professional. Mr. Chin, Ms. Oeurm, Mr. Phanit and Mr. Troy were knowledgeable about the food, and very patient, kind and professional. It was very easy to get to town or anywhere else on a tuk, tuk. Mr. Sitia drove me around the city on his tuk, tuk and directed me to some wonderful sights. I also hired Mr. Narong who gave me an amazing 2 day tour of Angkor Wat and the temples in his car. I would stay here again. It was comfortable, easy and everyone was very kind.

This hotel is beautifully appointed the rooms are large and comfortable with excellent aircon and big bathrooms. There is a nice pool in the garden with a decent bar. The staff are very friendly and competent, they will organise anything. The hotel is just the right size - big enough to have good amenities and yet still supply personal service.

Room Tip: Everything is a tuk-tuk ride so you have to allow time say ten minutes to go downtown.

the hotel is located quite a bit far from city center (walking distance-wise), but near if we take car or tuktuk. Love the breakfast quality and taste, with ala carte style. The staff was very attention, to ms. Oeuim, mr. Chrin, ms. Touch. The room we booked (triple bed) also big and comfortable. Love it!

The reception team of Sokla, Rakyat and Malis Vothai were all exceptionally helpful. When we first arrived, we really hadn’t much of a clue and Rakyat was particularly good at pointing us in the right direction. For our first 6 nights we stayed upstairs in room D118. The room was spotlessly clean when we checked in and very comfortable with all the little luxuries we appreciate. A great shower with plenty of hot and cold water; a comfortable large double bed; plenty of space to put our things so that the room looked reasonably tidy; a lock-up box and an appropriately sized TV screen with Netflix - a bit of a treat - we managed to watch a couple of movies in the hot afternoons. Sabara Angkor is 10 minutes by tuk tuk (US$2.00) from the centre of Siem Reap in a quiet location. It wouldn’t be much fun to make the journey on foot. For sun worshippers the swimming pool is beautiful. We had read that exploring the Angkor temples by bike was a good option so soon after arrival, we asked Rakyat to hire us two city bikes. They arrived that evening, so the following morning we headed for Angkor Wat on our bikes. The area around Siem Reap is flat so cycling was pretty easy. The first part of the cycle was along a main round with a notional cycle lane into the centre of Siem Reap, then we were heading out again towards Angkor Wat following a more minor road but busy with other people heading towards the site of the many different temples. Mostly it was OK but occasionally one of the big tour buses would come a bit too close for comfort. It took us about 30 to 40 minutes to cycle from the hotel to Angkor Wat. We really enjoyed dinner at the Royal Spice Restaurant at Sabara Angkor Resort and Spa - we are both fish eating vegetarians. Both the Fish Amok and the Green Mango Salad with Seafood were really delicious and the Black Rice Desert with Mango and Coconut Cream was excellent. The free breakfast included with the room was fine. Perhaps one croissant between two people is a little stingy. The breakfast crew, including Mr Chin, Ms Oeurm, Ms Toveli and Ms Phanr were always friendly and helpful. We’d also recommend a few places to eat in Siem Reap – Paris Café on Street 26 off East Siem Reap River Road for lunch, Banlle also on Street 26 and Peace Café on East Siem Reap River Road for vegetarian/vegan lunch and dinner! We also managed to fit in a morning trip to Tonle Sap, the largest lake in South East Asia, with Sarun – an excellent guide and an evening at the Phare Circus in Siem Reap – a project worth supporting.

This hotel was a tranquil haven following a busy day sightseeing. I loved the relaxed feel when by the pool/bar area. Best Mai Tai cocktail ever, and bonus of the happy hour 4-7pm.. Brilliantly attentive waiters and waitresses, with special thanks to Mr Troy and his team. If you can request a room on the 1st floor overlooking the pool, would highly recommend 👌. A magical stay and would visit again without hesitation.

Improvement: What an incredible experience! I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Mr. Chin and Mrs. Phanit, although every staff member was outstanding, always ready to help. The room was excellent for both sleeping and working, with reliable internet access. The pool and bar were fantastic amenities as well. Dining at the restaurant was consistently enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional value for money. Thank you all and best of luck!
