This place did not disappoint in the slightest! Especially shout outs to the following:
Bunthorn for his amazing, kind and super managerial skills. The two BEST driver and guide on the planet were Piseth and Leap! We spent 4 full days touring Siem Reap with these fellows. Please, please request their services to see all the sites! You will NOT be disappointed!!! An amazing stay at The Embassy! Five stars is not enough!

We stayed for 5 days at this beautiful and quiet Resort. We had a wonderful stay, it started with the airport pick up at 10 pm, then we were welcomed by Alisa, she was such a nice and attentively person who welcomed us to Cambodia.
She showed us the resort and our rooms. Everything was really beautiful and clean. We had a nice and quiet room, with fresh water and loose tea and some great cookies.
The Hotel also had a free transport service to the city of Siem Reap. They also got us a mobile phone to call if we would like to get picked up again.
When we are coming back to the hotel, someone was already waiting for us to get the room keys back (You didnt even had to tell them your room number), you where welcomed by first name by some of the staff, they were always there to help and welcome you.

We booked the Tuk-Tuk Tour to see Angkor Wat over the hotel. Our driver took us from one place to the next and always had fresh and cold water for us. It was such a nice
experience we had.

In over all we had a wonderful say in Siem Reap and this wonderful small resort. We were welcomed by wonderful and nice people, if we have could we would have liked to stay longer.

We would like to thank the Staff (and Alisa) of the The Embassy Angkor Resort & Spa for this stay, and we hope that we will be back in Cambodia soon. As for now we will recommend this resort to our family and friends.

Yvonne & Gabriel

What a beautiful hotel! We were warmly welcomed and guided through the lush property, past the beautiful pool area to our room. The property is like a resort in Hawaii. When the sliding glass doors to our room were opened, we were in a spacious room with a large, round, stone bathtub and an equally large bed. Many of the rooms have private pools including ours. The pool in a private area with chairs and beautiful plants were outside of another set of sliding glass doors. There was a sitting area by the TV and an armoire with robes. A large, personalized breakfast is included and the luches and dinners were delicious and reasonably priced. The only thing more inviting than the property and our room was the staff. They were amazing. From the cleaning staff, to the young lady who prepares the food for afternoon tea, to the dining room staff and office staff, we have never been made to feel more welcome. Each staff member made the visit personal by stopping to talk with us, asking about our plans for the day, making recommendations, and telling us about their culture. We were made to feel very special by Phanna and Phearum in the restaurant. Phanna, the restaurant supervisor, checked in on us daily to make sure our visit was excellent. He told us many interesting things about the history and people of Cambodia and we enjoyed speaking with him. Phearum, the Cap. of the restaurant, guided us thorough many meals, once recommending the Khmer Cuisine dinner. We are picky eaters, and he had already learned from our interactions that we could not eat spicy food, so we trusted him, and it was one of the most delicious meals we have ever had. We were also fortunate enough to have many pleasant interactions with Phosin. This young man is very personable and shared stories about the Khmer people and life in modern Cambodia, as well as being curious about our life in the U.S. We looked forward to our conversations with him and our interactions with him enriched our stay. The Embassy Angkor is about a 20-30 minute tuk-tuk ride from the Angkor Wat complex. Our driver took us to buy our tickets and explained many things about the temples and structures we passed on the way. The hotel office staff will arrange for a tuk-tuk, and you can tell them your plans the day before so they can make any arrangements you need. We can't imagine staying anywhere else when we are able to return to Cambodia.

Arriving at the Embassy is a delightful experience! A driver meets you from the airport in a charming vintage car. At the hotel, you are offered a cold towel and welcome drink whilst they explain the facilities. We stayed in a room with our own pool which was beautiful! Our own pool was off our bedroom, was totally private and surprisingly sunny. We could then could easily walk out of our front door to the main pool, gym, spa or high tea. This place is very relaxing, friendly, luxurious and the architecture has a really authentic local feel. I would highly recommend this place!

The Embassy Angkor understands that in 2024, women travel alone, and they set s standard for other hotels to travel. I stayed two nights on the Angkor Wat package. This package includes airport pick up and drop off, two nights in the suite with private pool, breakfast, discounts on spa and F&B, hi tea, and a driver and English speaking guide to the three most visited temples, and tuk tuk transfer to the Pub Street and Night market area.
The room was as advertised; a very large bowl-like spa bath, a private pool in secluded back patio, rainbow shower, sleep-inducing bed - the works! The grounds are well maintained, green and felt of Khmer culture.
Food was good. The restaurant was very cute and the waiters were extremely attentive. I wish room service was not western food but I was able to order from a different menu. The signature drinks were not my favorite but that’s just me. Good Gin and tonics though.
The spa was fantastic! I did the aromatherapy oil massage and a foot massage after a long day of walking the temples. Both sessions are in my top 5 massage experiences (and I spa often).
One of the highlights was the vintage car escort to the temples. These cars are beautiful and must be expensive to maintain. They definitely turn heads! The driver also had cold water AND cold towels that were infused in aromatic water ready after every temple! The guide does not work for the hotel but I want to give him a shout out for the depth of knowledge and his patience throughout the day as I stopped to stare at every minute thing during the tour. They took me to a Khmer taste restaurant that had amazing fish with mango salad for lunch.
Another highlight and the reason I would come again, was the customer service. Key, Ms. Poch, and Oran went above an beyond for my comfort and safety. They created a WhatsApp group to remain connected during the day, contacted restaurants on my behalf, arranged pick up and drop off to anywhere I needed or wanted to go. They even changed my remaining Riel into USD and ensured I had late check out.
Overall, staying at the Embassy Angkor Resort and Spa made my time in Siem Reap as a solo brown female traveler relaxing and inclusive.

I’d like to share a few reasons why we loved our stay at the Embassy Resort and why we will come back again next time:
1. they’ve got some of the kindest and most genuine staff there. The staff at the resort were not only very helpful but also genuinely cared about us. Their attention to detail were incredible as they helped and took care of us before we even had to ask.
2. Luxurious room with a private pool and a massive tub. The mattress was so comfortable that we always struggled to wake up early. Lol! And they were so thoughtful to have provided peach and lychee tea (tea leaves not tea bags!) with a tea pot.
3. They’ve got some extremely thoughtful services such as free 24/7 transportation to the pub street and night market. They even gave us a phone with a local number so we can contact the driver to pick us up at anytime. They also offer FREE transportation to and from the airport and bus stations with a luxurious vintage Mercedes-Benz.
4. Free afternoon high tea with fresh fruit, delicious rice cakes and tea. We never had to leave and find a place for lunch while we were staying there because of this thoughtful arrangement!
5. Free piña colada and cocktails at happy hours (this is quite self explanatory lol)
6. Delicious breakfast where we can enjoy buffet and order whatever we wanted. The coffee was bomb even though I am not a coffee drinker. Lunch was extremely fresh and tasty! I would recommend trying out the Khmer fish amok.
7. High quality Spa and massage.
And many more reasons to why we will be staying with them again!

I absolutely loved this experience! The room was great, the service was friendly and caring and the vibe of the resort offered relaxation and a slice of serenity I was looking for.

The hotel offers airport pick up, free tuk tuk service to the city (and back) and a phone to call for emergencies/when help is needed. Fantastic idea. The room was beautiful and large, I used the bath tub and read almost every night of my stay. I highly recommend the fish amok as well from the restaurant.

I was looking for a relaxing trip with organized trips to some of the established sites. The service provided by the hotel here is great and I have no complaints. I asked several times for restaurant recommendations and was not let down!

Honestly loved my experience and would definitely return.

Even before we arrived we've been contacted by the hotel to know what time was our flight and what time we would expect, so they could prepare our arrival and plan our staying in Cambodia.
Everything was planned perfectly they even book us a tuk tuk ride to visit the most beautiful temples in siem reap.
When we arrived the guy was already there waiting for us, that guy (mr. sok) was really nice and kind.
When we get in the hotel we were amazingly received by mr. Leap and they give us the good new that we can do a early check-in for free. That way we could take a shower before went visiting the temples.
The guy who ride us on the tuk tuk was also pretty nice and was always waiting for us while we were visiting the temples.
When we got back to the hotel we ate some great pancakes and after that we get the cocktail happy hour (free caipiroska and piña colada and the rest of cocktails have 50%) at the same time we could eat some skewers from the charcoal bbq..well..AMAZING food and AMAZING cocktails! One more time everything was perfect!
Then we went to the city (the hotel a free tuk tuk service that gives you ride for the city and then pick you up when you want - yes the hotel give us a free phone so we can contact the hotel when we want to turn back). On the last day another great surprise they gave us late check-in. We enjoy the rest of the time..my girfriend had a massage and she said it was incredible and then we had lunch on the restaurant and well...AMAZING food!! Absolutely delicious!
This is the best hotel that i've stayed in my life! It is Amazing and makes me feel like i want to live there forever! It is a dream. And i dont know the name of all people but all the staff is incredible! Everyone is Nice, kind and friendly. I will come back to siem reap even if it will be just to come back to the hotel!

Stayed at the embassy resort for five nights and absolutely loved it. Bunthorn added me to his messenger account to be able to use their free time tuk service as we didn't have a WhatsApp account. All the staff went over and above to ensure we had the best time. We can't wait to come again. There are a couple of local restaurants about 5-10 minutes walk away, but the team are always quick to drop you anywhere and pick you up again, so location is good.Spotless rooms and pool areas , comfy beds, this place is ideal. Thankyou everyone, especially breakfast team.

We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days total. The last destination on our ,month long trip and we saved the best for last. Out of that 2 countries, 2 cities and 5 islands we have been on this was by far the best hotel of the trip and best hotel either of us have ever stayed in. ALL the staff were so accommodating and friendly, we felt like royalty. We booked a stay that included breakfast and there were so many options. There was a continental display for you to go up and help yourself, and then a menu for you to select what kind of breakfast you wish, and you could order from it as ,any times as you wanted and the staff would top up your drinks for you. We also made use of the spa and had massages each day. Tried a few from their menus and loved them all! There is a main pool which looked lovely, but when we arrived we were offered to upgrade our room if we wanted to for a small fee which was a private pool room and we made the right decision. It was stunning. I had also been craving a bath this holiday and my dreams came true with the large bathtub in the middle of the bedroom. The hotel offer a tuktuk service into the city every day and there is a pick up point that you can go to to return to the hotel. The rooms have rooms service, and the hotel also use WhatsApp to communicate. We used that to speak to the receptionist to book in our massages, and you can use the WhatsApp to arrange for your pick up of tuktuk too. We never went into the city as we had 1 tour pre booked which was Angkor wat. The hotel gave us a breakfast bag to pick up at reception which was available for us before our tour. The hotel also booked tours and travel for you if you need. Exceptional service and we loved our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.
