We had the airport pickup by the resort and when we arrived very early at 9am, we were greeted by amazing resort staff. Maneth able to get us an early check in. She showed us around. She’s super helpful and friendly. Going to town was very easy as the hotel manager Mr Lucky help to send us by tuk tuk. When we reached the room, everything was amazing. The bed and the pillows was so fluffy. We booked the private pool suite. The room is beautiful. Overall amazing experience.

This place did not disappoint in the slightest! Especially shout outs to the following: Bunthorn for his amazing, kind and super managerial skills. The two BEST driver and guide on the planet were Piseth and Leap! We spent 4 full days touring Siem Reap with these fellows. Please, please request their services to see all the sites! You will NOT be disappointed!!! An amazing stay at The Embassy! Five stars is not enough!

The Embassy was a very blissful place to relax after touring the magnificent temples of Angkor. The hotel made great arrangements for a Tuk Tuk tour of the temple sites (our guide Kim and driver Pov were excellent). The rooms are well appointed, the pool and spa services were very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful (Srey Kaa, Maneth, Leap).

Wonderful accommodation with friendly staff and great amenities. Large pool, complimentary high tea every afternoon, great breakfast with choice of freshly cooked dishes, cocktail happy hour every day. On site restaurant with great choice of foods. Complimentary tuk tuk to city area and easy pick up. Very helpful with suggestions as to activities and restaurants. Room was spacious and had everything you need for a great stay. We stayed here for a few nights after new years. We had a villa with a private pool and it was amazing! We were taken care of by Song and Leap, these two guys were awesome. They have a free shuttle service around town. You simply wattsapp Song and he comes to fetch you. We also used a guide they recommended for Angkor wat and he was amazing. Everything was wonderful from the time they collected us from the airport until they dropped us off. The free transfers in a tuk tuk to the town was an awesome touch. Nothing was an issue for them and they weee willing to go above and beyond.

Small Resort with excellent service suitable for Family Vacation. Booked connecting suite pool villa and rooms are big with private pool. Excellent check-in process by Maneth and his manager Mr. Leap. Free airport transfee with english speaking driver. U can get free tuk-tuk ride the a point near public market/central. Highly recommend for family traveller.

We had a super relaxing time at the Embassy Angkor, the staff is super helpful, they arranged everything for us (pick us at the airport, drive us to the temple, tuk tuk to go down town..) The resort is very pretty and the service is great. Good food and cocktails as well. I recommend this place!
