I had a lovely three-night stay in Siem Reap and I'm glad I chose Grand Elysee La Residence. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean, staff is very friendly and helpful, food is excellent as well. The room was as big as my NYC apartment, clean, comfortable, and most importantly-- well cooled with aircon. Will absolutely stay again when I return to Siem Reap
Jessie, Nunu, Kim and everyone at Grand Elysee La Residence are very friendly, helpful and kind. They will go all way out to make you feel at home. Breakfast is delicious and room is clean and comfortable. You can rent a car or scooter through the hotel. We have a wonderful stay here and will definitely come back when we are in Siem Reap again.

We stayed for only 2 nights here but enjoyed ourselves immensely. The hotel facilities and staff (Kim et all) were just brilliant and certainly the highlight of our trip overall. Would be very keen to return .. thankyou again.
We stay in so many hotels in our trip and i can tell that this is the best without doubt. Not only the accommodation itself, which had a magnificent pool and the largest and most beautiful room I've ever been in, but also its staff, always attentive and willing to help you with anything. Especially Kim, the guy who works nights who made our stay as close to home as possible. We will repeat for sure
The staff make this hotel lovely to stay at. Especially Jesse and Kim :) Nothing is too much trouble. They helped with our tour on our last day and made fantastic recommendations. The pool was wonderful. Every opportunity we had we were in the pool with a nice beer nearby- super relaxing!! Room was big and clean but a few issues while we stayed- no water in the taps one morning - had to wait about 1/2hr to rectify. Also no TV but that wasnt a problem at all- not there to watch TV. Personally i feel as tourism returns these things will be rectified- stills feels like things are coming back online in Siem Reap after covid. The hotel is a bit away from the central busy part but easily accessible by tuk tuks which were super fun to whizz about on. Recommend Grand Elysee as its a great hotel and excellent value for money…
Fantastic hotel. The room is huge and well appointed. The staff is amazing, nothing is too much for them. We also ate at the restaurant the one evening due to the torrential rain. The food was great. We paid to have breakfast included. When we awoke early to visit Angkor wat for sunrise, the staff made up a breakfast box for us to enjoy. What great service! 100% would stay here again!
This hotel is really beautiful and the staff is incredibly kind. We stayed for a few days during our honeymoon and they upgraded our room to a gorgeous suite by the pool for free. The room was very clean and the pool was nice to cool off in. The noise from the pool did come into the room so could be an issue if you are sleeping at off hours. We were treated like royalty by the staff. They always made sure to check in when we walked by and the bar and restaurant service was impeccable even through they were just reopening the restaurant after the pandemic. The location of the hotel was good and there were typically one or two tuk tuks nearby when we didn’t feel like walking, which was often, as it is very hot. We could get pretty much anywhere we wanted to go for a few USD. Make sure you have the address or a map of the hotel location as many of the tuk tuk drivers in the markets didn’t know where the hotel was! The only downside was that unlike most hotels we encountered, this one didn’t seem to have a lot of tour options that you could book directly through the hotel. We ended up finding a tour through Trip Advisor, but we would have loved to be able to support the hotel and their partners if they had had more options. Overall, highly recommend this hotel!…
I had a good time. A nice hotel, conveniently located. The room was nice, large and comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They remembered my name and were smiling all the time, helping me in any way. Nunu and Thai were just fantastic. A big thank you to you all.
