Our first stay at Authentic Khmer Village, and we had a real crush, this place is sumptuous, the details in term of decoration are breathtaking, really authentic and nicely done. Our bungalow was close to the super pool and to the breakfast area, super convenient. The best part is the staff, super nice with us. A really good surprise!

We booked this hotel for the experience. We did not want to stay in a regular hotel, we wanted something unique that gave us more of an authentic Cambodian experience. The Khmer Village Resort delivered on all our expectations. All the rooms are surrounded by water, to get to your room and throughout the resort, you are walking on an elevated path above the water. Everything was excellent. The staff is wonderful. They offer massages on an island surrounded by a lily pond. The restaurant is great. And finally, our 2 bedroom private villa was a great place to relax. It even came with our own private pool. My photos speak for themselves. I highly recommend this resort. It's a truly unique experience.

Authentic Khmer Village is a hidden tropical paradise. The grounds are beautiful with flowers, greenery and water features throughout. The covered open air restaurant is surrounded by a generous swimming pool on three sides. Nestled behind the restaurant is a stilted villa for massages that sits in a Lilly pond. It’s just gorgeous and getting a 60 minute massage with essential oils after a long day of sightseeing was spectacular (only $26 USD). We were kindly upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa with a private pool. We enjoyed some much needed relaxation on our patio and took most of our meals there as well. The villas are nicely decorated and quite comfortable. The restaurant served both local and international dishes. The salmon was particularly good. Breakfast was included with our room and provided a nice selection. The staff were the icing on the cake for this hotel. They went above and beyond at every turn to make our stay enjoyable and treated us like royalty. They arranged tuktuks and made suggestions of places to visit after we exhausted our Angkor Wat explorations. Finally, the receptionist came with us on our final day to help us get our COVID tests (needed for entry for our next destination) and then returned and picked the results up for us so we could enjoy our last morning poolside. We had an amazing stay at this resort! We stayed here for two nights and booked the bungalow with Jacuzzi outside. We absolutely loved the Khmer style lodge, the room was very clean, the pool was huge, the Jacuzzi was fun and relaxing, the entire space of the resort just instantly put us on vacation mode! There is also a huge lotus pond near the dining area that is beautiful, very well maintained, and great for pictures! The staff and owner of the resort were very friendly, attentive to details and really made our stay here perfect! Thank you to everyone at Floating Khmer Village for making this experience so incredible!

We had an exceptional 3 night stay in this magnificent place, everything was perfect, the expected luxury was there, the rooms were comfortable and magnificent! And the authentic style that is perfectly respected while offering you the comfort of a 5 star +! The staff were super professional and very attentive. The boss and a chic little lady full of energy and who has the attention to detail that will do everything to make your perfect and unforgettable stay come back. The restaurant is delicious I recommend the duck breast and the breakfast was great! And finally the exteriors are breathtaking beauty, tropical garden, real lake, magnificent swimming pools. Thank you to all the hotel team for making our stay a dream. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful grounds, lovely room, great location just away from the bustle of the centre of town but still near enough to get in easily. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The hotel restaurant had delicious food and was really good value.

A very private hotel outside the hustle of siem reap. Only 15mins away from old market by tuk tuk. Staff was always smiling and helpful. They arranged pick up and return from /to the airport for us. Room was very clean and spacious. Private pool was an added bonus, our children loved it! Breakfast was on demand, standard breakfast, good quality. I loved the khmer soup they served for breakfast, yum! Overall was very pleased, good value for money. Thank you all!

We booked to stay here 2 months in advance of our trip. The hotel owner/manager promptly messaged us to confirm our stay and to obtain our flight details for airport pickup. It was therefore a nasty surprise to receive an email from the website we booked through to state that Tan Sour had cancelled our reservation just 4 days before our stay due to 'overbooking'. I contacted Tan Sour directly to obtain some further information or assistance and they failed to reply to my email. It seems that Tan Sour has bumped our reservation in favour of a more recent and profitable booking. This is really in quite poor faith and we haven't received so much as a sorry. I wouldn't recommend booking here if you would prefer to avoid the stress of a last minute cancellation.
