This is a huge and spread out luxury resort with an impressive outdoor pool. Unfortunately most of its food and beverage outlets, spa, and other facilities were closed. Fitness centre is large but not well maintained. Rooms are conveniently appointed and nicely decorated.

Saw and read about it before my trip and expected a lot. However, was quite disappointed. The place was huge. I guess due to Covid, a lot of its facilities had to close. There was practically nothing much there. Here are a list of what they have. Rooms were huge. And so was the bathroom. Aircon was great. Hot water was great. TV channels were bad. Many channels were removed. However, they had a really awesome selection of Complimentary Movies. That was a saving grace. Avoid opening the balcony door.. too many bugs and mosquitoes. Breakfast was ok. The pool was big. But did not get a chance to swim. The gym was also big! I dare say they have the best of all hotels i had been to. You just need to know where it was located. Their bakery closed, so were other restaurants. I tried to look for self-service laundry but could not locate. I sent shirts for ironing. Should have just asked for the iron and board and do it myself. There is nothing around the place. You have to travel out to shop or eat.…

This beautiful property is on 23 hectares, splendidly done with Khmer architecture. The Pool is huge and rooms beautiful. Unfortunately Siem Reap and Cambodia in general has been deeply effected by COVID, so the resort was running on a skeleton crew and limited services. There was no bar available, dinner ended at 7pn, breakfast was bare (two eggs and toast), and there was no hot water. Lovely property, but difficult stay.

Other hotel open the room, pools, and facilities this hotel still does not. Make excuse m. Even photos on the website say it has pool on gym. So when you arrive you are sad because it is not true. It’s better to book other hotels because they have everything open like gym and pool and sauna open. Maybe they don’t want to pay power bill. Wish them good luck.

We came to this hotel on a secret escapes deal as it was close to Angkor Wat where we would be touring. We were apprehensive about going away with the pandemic happening around the world but once we took the plunge we could not have been more happy. The occupancy of the resort was low and for the first day we didn't see another guest until dinner. Not all restaurants were open but was understandable due to the circumstances. All staff were very attentive and could not have done more to make our stay enjoyable. They upgraded our room upon arrival, which we were not expecting, that overlooked the pool. The resort itself is grand and beautiful! The pool looks like a designer water feature and the bars a restaurant that we used we exquisite. I would definitely reccomend coming here if you are visiting Siam Reap or undertaking an Angkor Wat tour.…

Mony and the rest of the staff at this hotel were extremely kind and helpful in every regard - they went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was the best it could possibly be. This is one of the best hotels we stayed in. The room was very, very clean and modern. The staff at the front desk was very friendly, helpful and professional. They even gave us a bottle of water for being a Choice Hotel member. The lobby was nice and clean. Breakfast is good tasty . There were several kitchen staff members constantly monitoring the breakfast items. There was plenty for everyone. I definitely would stay at this hotel again. Especially thank you to Mr.Kanha and Ms. Kimnai for taking a good care .
