Hotel's Favourite
There are 2 Ibis hotels close to each other. One is the Ibis World trade centre (Which is smaller) and the Ibis One Central, which is bigger and the one I'm reviewing. It's a nice hotel and punches above it's weight based on it's categorization. We had breakfast everyday which was paid with the hotel fees. The breakfast is buffet type with a variety of food. A very nice place. Nice staff and easy to get transportation. It's the best and the price is low based on what they offer.

Good food and lovely ambience. This is a nice place to have your lunch if you're looking for Asian/Thai food! The dishes are very cooked and suits most Asians taste if you're looking for one in Dubai.

Amazing food and amazing service. Fully recommended for groups and especially for solo travelers as the team make you feel very welcome. We stayed 3 nights in a queen hotel room For the money we paid for this hotel I must admit my wife & I were not overly impressed First of room not cleaned when we came No coffee sachets left on second morning & no bottled water also The cleaners left empty pillow case on floor & we found it when we came back 😡 Service was average to say the least Restaurant was ok but nothing to rave about Probably would stay here again & wouldn’t recommend to others

The hotel staff is welcoming, rooms are small but the location makes up for it. Housekeeping, in specific, Aisha, was very friendly and did a wonderful job at cleaning my room. Happy with the stay, recommended!

A great budget hotel that has a convenient location and just enough amenities to have an enjoyable stay. The restaurant Wok and Co. offers East Asian cuisines (Chinese, Japanese) with local ingredients and a few additional Middle Eastern dishes. The staff at the restaurant are very accommodating and friendly.

Although I usually stay at ibis regularly and I had good experience from another staff at the reception such as Reem.... , but this time I had a really terrible experience with the staff at reception. His name was Arvin. He was unprofessional and had a poor attitude.

Hotel is good for price we pay. All staff very efficient and helpful at reception.I didn’t expect this level of service. Rooms are very small but its good because location is good and near convention gate. Breakfast is important meal before we headed for meeting and they made sure to let your day start with smile. Chef Ajaz didn’t need to be told and my omlet was on my table without tomatoes just how I like. Tri was active and help me with directions around. Thank you Ibis One for a good stay. I look to book again.
