When you entrer the hotel, you feel immediately like royalty. The interior is luxuriously decorated and the staircase is so beautiful. We had a diplomatic suite which was just wow! The kids said they wanted to live thereforever. It was so spacious and so beautiful. The bathroom was luxury furnished also. The breakfast was out of this world, buffet-style with lots of choices, as well as à la carte. The half-board option was just fantastic, as we could also go to the hotels nextdoor. You can actually enjoy the facilities of those hotels too. We had complimentary tickets for the La Perle by Dragone and it was a mind-blowing show. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! We really loved our stay. Many thanks to the whole fantastic staff for their great service.

We came to Dubai for a family holiday and stayed at Habtoor palace for 5 nights. We had a fantastic stay - the hotel itself is lovely with the room spacious with beautiful toiletries and bedding. But what really makes this place is the hospitality - from the front desk check-in to the impeccable service we received daily at our breakfast buffet. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff who greeted us and our kids with smiling faces and going out of the way to serve things that they might like to eat. We will definitely be back and cannot recommend this place more!!

Great place! The location, the ambience, rooms are spacious, with good amenities and housekeeping team is doing a great job! Breakfast was super delicious. Best French toast in Dubai ! Thanks chef Shiva and Dube and the whole restaurant team. Also great lady at reception, unfortunately I forgot her name. The only thing we didn’t like is the pool. Very small and covered by buildings.

The rooms are very nice and clean. The service of the room was great. Our House keepers Shashank and Amisha did a very good work. They clean entire room every single day, and provided as with fresh fruits everyday.

We choose Habtoor palace as our honeymoon stay, it was a really comfortable and wonderful experience of our life. The rooms were really clean, excellent house keeping by Mr.Sahadat, helpful waiter Mr.Ijaz, cooperative receptionist Ms.Muna and Ms.Natasha. Everything was perfect except the Oud smell which was really strong i will suggest the hotel management to look after this.

The best luxury hotel I have ever been to. Staffs were really humble and kind. Bellman Faizi was the first staff whom I met and he helped alot. He took me to my room which was really spacious and beutiful interior. He also helped me about nearby tourist attractions.... I am definitely going to visit again....

"so nice pool and big enough nice location the restaurant have nice food , hotel was amazing 🤩.thank you MR.Raja , Vijay and also Sanjeev Housekeeping manager for take care of us .
