Hotel's Favourite
Five star hotels are judged on their level of service and believe me this is up there with the best. Every single interaction we had with members of staff over 11 days were hugely positive. Staff were always happy , smiling and willing to help. We arrived about 1:30 am and were greeted by Joshi on reception who did an excellent job of welcoming us despite the late hour. On entering our room (1436) we were greeted with a lovely Wedding Anniversary surprise. The hotel had provided fruit, chocolates , a chocolate cake and rose petals on the bed. My wife was well impressed! (As was I). The room had a fantastic view over the creek and was larger than many other hotels we have stayed in. Our cleaner Anil was a credit to the hotel and made sure we had everything we required during our stay and provided plenty of bottled water which was welcome during the hot days. The pool was fantastic and a big thank you to Collins, Lal, Bonface and others. Daily we were provided with cool bags containing two apples, two water bottles and two cold face towels. Joni and nimal in the pool bar kindly provided an ice bucket every day! Rest assured the lifeguards are excellent at what they do and were very vigilant throughout our stay keeping everyone safe. We had breakfast included and it was a great experience. Everything you could want was provided from full English (beef sausages) to Asian dishes, Arabic dishes, fresh breads & pastries and eggs anyway you want including Benedict. The two staff members who stood out at breakfast were Bhawana and Vincent, although all service was great. I had to make a couple of local calls which my UK mobile wouldn’t permit but Jatinder on reception was very helpful and sorted me out. Receptionists Sohel and Mohsin also very accommodating . We used the ferry system and purchased a travel card to get across the creek and access the metro system which is probably the cleanest and most efficient I have encountered anywhere. The proximity of this hotel to the Festival Mall (interconnected) is a huge asset with supermarkets and food courts all available.…

The hotel is excellent in location, facilities and service. The breakfast is rich with cold and warm and fresh dishes, coffee with several options, depending on your taste, as well as the rooms and the bathroom, including utensils of all kinds, are generously equipped. the room service is excellent, special thanks to Baba and to all the staff in general, especially Sohel from the reception, who gave us a warm welcome and made our stay a real experience. Many thanks also to ruben, the tailor, who got my intense stain out of my favorite hoodie. extraordinary job! To the pool: great! It is also possible to use the pools in the neighboring intercontinental hotel. Very comfortable loungers. Lifeguards on duty and very attentive, are also immediately on the spot if you need anything. Adjacent, large "Festival City" mall with many shops and restaurants can also be reached from the hotel without getting outside. Good connection with water taxi and thus to the metro, taxi anyway also a good alternative. Overall: a recommendation!…

It was my very first time when I stayed at Crown Plaza, I'm well familiar with the festival city area of Dubai but never had a chance to stay earlier. The purpose of my stay was business but I can assure they made it look like a luxurious retreat stay! It was very cozy and relaxing.. love the hotel and the amazing view of my room...yummy breakfast with all what your heart might need!!! thx to the hotel stuff especially Nailya in the front desk. Nelson efficiently checked us in and offered us directions to various sights of interest in the area. Parking was by valet or free self-park underground. The Crowne Plaza Festival City is literally attached the Intercontinental Hotel. A wonderful, bountiful breakfast is offered from 6:30 am - 10:30 am on floor 5 with seating inside or outside. Each cup of coffee is individually prepared, so it can take awhile to receive.

It is the first time for us at Crown plaza festival city . Stay for 10 days It was very comfortable, want to extend our stay but unfortunately the hotel is fully booked. Reception desk very welcoming especially Ayed who gave us a nice room with wonderful view on the creek. Also many thanks to Sohel , Man, Islam at the concierge desk , they are very helpful. And thanks to Maurice who always take care of our room always clean and very organized. Also many thanks to all the Stuff at zaytoun Restaurant , Breakfast, very good service and food variety , Sure will come back again .
