We have stayed over various hotels but it tops the list with incredibly awesome experience right from the entry till the departure. We enjoyed every bit of our stay and experience was shared equally by all 3 families. The interior of the suites were very soothing and subtle. The view of Burj Khalifa from Dining area of the suites, coffee shop and club lounge was completely a different experience that added a next level to our stay. Club lounge experience was superb and gesture of Mr. SIDDHANT & ANIS were remarkable. Their equation with the kids was phenomenal and made the kids enjoy the lounge to the fullest. Another remarkable example of TAJ hospitality was exclusive arrangement of pure veg food requested at the time of check in which was made available at every place of dining. Chef was so accommodating to prepare the food out of menu. Entire view from 34th Floor suite was such breathtaking that we didn't feel to go to Burj Khalifa specially to watch the lighting. To and fro shuttle service for Dubai mall was an appreciable effort adding to the hospitality. Few name to mention without whom this experience couldn't have been such memorable; - Mr. Siddhant and Mr. Anis at Club Lounge - Mr. Shiv at breakfast - Experience at BOMBAY BRASSIRE (names forgotten) - Ms. Maria and Shweta at Front Desk - Mr. Harpal at the Porch (The Jovial guy) Lastly the housekeeping crew making the rooms and even folding the clothes tidily which gave a feel good factor. This experience of suites at the TAJ Dubai was incomparable and would recommend to all to have this experience at least once. 3 Suggestions; - TV Trolly/ Chester was not complimenting the interiors and giving the oldish look - Sound system attached to TV should be upgraded to Bose or something better. - Should have games for kids aged 10-15 years…

I had a pleasant stay at your establishment and greatly appreciated the warm hospitality extended to me. However, I must express my disappointment with the quality of the linen in my suite. Despite the overall positive experience, the subpar quality of the linen significantly detracted from my overall satisfaction.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I arrived very late (past midnight) after a long flight delay and did find the check-in procedure a little bit long (fussing with downloading an app where I would have just preferred a regular key card). However, it was warm and friendly. I found a regular double room to be very large and comfortable. I appreciated the separate open wardrobe area hidden to the side of the entrance a nice way to keep the main bedroom clutter and luggage free. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. The level of cleanliness was very high, and the bathroom and shower was spotless. I didn’t try any restaurants (I got a message after booking that a number of venues were under renovation). I did however use the bar and found the staff to be both extremely friendly and very professional at the same time. They do a great job. All staff are warm and approachable. The hotel is a 5 min Uber to the Dubai Mall (10 in traffic). I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again, wether on business or leisure. …

Had an amazing time at Taj.from check in to check out, customer service was top notch. Shiv is a wonderful host. Cleanliness, timeliness, I mean everything and everyone made my stay a very memorable one.. I wish I could give this location a 10 star cuz they delivered. Best services a hotel can provide.

Good location, nice hotel as you would expect from Taj. F&B is amazing, staff are brilliant and you can see this has been led well by Mayank F&B manager. Front desk are not as you would expect in terms of Taj hospitality- need to take note from guest relations at Taj lands end who are truly exceptional.

The hotel was nice, most of the staff very serviceminded. Nice breakfast and the room were perfect. But we had a really bad experience in the end of the stay, a shoppingbag with clothes was removed from the room (only staff had acess). The hotel will not answer now, they seem just to want our positive feedback. Disappointet with this part of the stay!

The Taj was brilliant, the staff were exceptional, so friendly and will to help with all my needs. The Indian restaurant was simply superb, the best lamb shank I have had in a long time. Breakfast was superb, so much choice across everything . I cannot speak highly enough if the Taj.
