It was a very nice and relaxing stay with great food and staff really helpful. The location is good and centrally located with cab and bus facilities available. The amenities were decent. Staff were helpful and coordinating.
I stayed there almost for a week. Starting from check-in until check-out all went well. Thanks to Kasim (front office ) who have upgraded me to studio room and made me feel welcomed. Room was clean and spacious with all the amenities provided, Thanks to Pushpinder( HK) who took extra care of my preferences during my stay. breakfast was decent.. Thanks to Joy and Daniel who welcomed us every day with their positive attitude despite busy breakfast hours! One think I would like to mention that during breakfast refilling of the food items was the problem and though restaurant covers were not enough to accommodate big crowd but i appreciated their efforts. What I really impressed about this hotel was their service, every single was doing fantastic job! Kudos to Team Four Points By Sheraton!…
Good location. It was pleasant stay. Property is neat and clean. Ambiance is very good. Staff is very good. Food quality is very good. Enjoyed watching asia cup in bar. Ambience in purani dili was very good with live music
Great food, wonderful ambience and excellent service. My interaction with Kamil has been great.Apart from being a great chef, he is also a very pleasant human being.Same goes for other members of the staff as well.
I have stayed at this property multiple times over the last few years and I keep coming back because it feels comfortable. This is a no-frills 4 star hotel and I think it provides the best value for this price range. Rooms are spacious - even the smallest room that I have stayed at this property is bigger than any other hotel at this price point in Dubai. Every room, including the smallest one, has a separate seating area and a separate comfortable work area with a multi-point international power socket which can handle plugs from all over the world. They provide unlimited drinking water bottles which is a must in this part of the world. All rooms also have a mini-fridge which is another must have in this part of the world Bathrooms are ok spacious, comfortable but nothing magnificent. The only downside for older people would be that they have a combined shower and tub, even in their higher end rooms. This is something that is very common in hotels in the US and even houses in the US where there is no separate shower area and the shower is in the tub which means that you have to climb into the tub to have a shower. Also bathing gel, shampoo and soap are in wall mounted dispensers and not in individual small bottles as is typically the standard in this part of the world. All other amenities are fully stocked and also available on request. I am not aware if they have any accessible rooms that have a separate shower area as even the suites that I have stayed in had a similar setup. Suites and some larger rooms also have a kitchenette with some basic utensils and cutlery provided along with a washing machine. These are not available in their standard/classic rooms. They also provide an ironing board and iron and bathing robe and bathroom slippers as standard in all rooms. If your room is not stocked feel free to ask for these things as required. The hotel also has a swimming pool and gym. The gym is supposedly open 24 hours and the pool is open from early morning to 8 PM or so. These are basic and fulfil the needs of those who want to use them. They also have a spa which I have never used so I cannot comment on it's quality. There are a couple of restaurants, serving Indian and Italian cuisine and a pub in the hotel. There are also a couple of other hotels in walking distance from this hotel that have a bunch of different options so food is mostly not an issue. They are also friendly towards external delivery services like Talabat. In room dining services are provided by their Indian and Italian restaurant. The Indian restaurant has very good food and is something that I would recommend. They also have live music on most days in the Indian restaurant which is called Puraani Dilli. Amaan and Marian perform on most nights at Puraani Dilli and if Hindi/Bollywood music (mostly old songs) are your jam then they are worth an hour or two of your time over dinner. They also take requests :) Puraani Dilli doubles up as the breakfast place in the morning. They have a decent breakfast spread including fruits, juices, pastries, hot indian breakfast (changes everyday), eggs to order, hot continental breakfast, salads, cereals, milk, tea, coffee and much more. Pretty much everything to cater to most people's needs. My breakfast needs are simple are always catered to comfortably. Please note this is not a 5-star hotel equivalent spread but very, very good for what you would expect at this price range. The icing on the cake is the restaurant staff starting with Joy, who I believe is very aptly named, as she will bring a smile to your face with the way she greets you and treats you. The rest of the wait staff including Danielle, Chandni, Prasad, Tshering, Ibrahim (and some of them may be old names and no longer there) are very good. Some of the old timers including Joy and Danielle are so amazing that they remember by food choices as well. Wait times are mostly not an issue during breakfast. Talking about service, I think that I one thing that is top notch at this property and one of things that keeps me coming back. Everything is clean, tidy and hygenic. I even felt comfortable staying here during the pandemic. Housekeeping is very good and they have evening turndown as well on request. Housekeeping does a very good job and room service even for things like extra water in the middle of the night is very quick. Actually good service starts from the moment you enter the hotel. The door keeper/security to the bellboy to the staff at the reception. Ei and Serap in the front office were exceptionally accommodative with an extremely late checkout request on my last trip which was a result of my flight getting delayed by 4+ hours. Other front office staff and managers on duty on various earlier trips have been very friendly and helpful as well. I do not remember everyone's names as I am always in a hurry during check-ins and check-outs but I always remember the staff to be very friendly and helpful. In Dubai, American Express cards do not work in cabs so Visa/Mastercard are your other options. Since my Visa does not work Dubai, cash is the only option I have and I know on multiple occasions the front office staff have helped me out with change for the cab and even for something as mundane as that they have done it with a smile. Downsides of this property - It is not walking distance from Metro, if you wish to use that. During peak summer it is not walking distance from anything! But during pleasant weather I have walked all the way from Burjuman mall to this hotel and it's about a 12 minute walk. A lot of things are about 10-15 minutes walking distance from the hotel and that is doable in pleasant weather from November to mid-April. I mostly use a cab to commute and one is available if you wait a couple of minutes or you could always use Careem to hail a cab. Also check the exact address of the property. This is in the Al-Mankhool area and not Downtown Dubai. This area may have been near to Downtown Dubai 15-20 years ago but downtown has now shifted from here. Overall an excellent hotel at this price range for business, leisure or family trips. The hotel is old but does not show it's age. The staff is amazing. Typical guests are business travellers, tour groups and couples/families on vacation. I have stayed at many other hotels in Dubai but over a period of time this has become first choice to stay at when in this part of town and it purely boils down to the superior service that they offer.…
I spent a wonderful time in Dubai. I was offered by Mr. Sumit for two tours for Premium Safari and Exclusive Yacht Tour. The both were excellent. My family enjoyed a perfect service. We received the offers by Mr. Sumit while staing in the hotel Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai
