We booked a room @manzil to stay over the new year weekend to watch the burj khalifa fireworks. This was our second time and seems twice is definitely enough. The rooms rates are exorbitant at this time of the year and the service and experience is very poor. We went to have lunch at the restaurant in the hotel and were told on entering that we will have to leave by 4. Though we might have even left sooner being told to do so was inexcusably rude. We walked out with the kids,no one stopping us even after my husband tried speaking to the manager /person in charge. Overall with road closures and security dictating entry /exit into the Dubai mall on New Year’s Eve , didn’t find it worth our while the second time. Rooms too seemed well worn out . May be a good option rest of the year at the normal rates but do not expect much in terms of service or hospitality.…

I love this hotel! I had the best view ever to the burj khalifa! The staff is so kind! And the hotel facilities is great. Best location. The room is super clean and new. Special thanks for Kim, at the reception.

After enduring a lengthy flight, my wife and I arrived at Manzil Downtown by Vida around 8:30am. Fortunately, the hotel staff was very accommodating and welcoming. They promptly found us an available room, which was a huge relief as we were both exhausted. The facilities were pristine and appeared to be brand new, and the customer service was exceptional.

On my first trip to Dubai, I stayed here and the breakfast was great. Make sure to order the Benedict, which is included in the free buffet breakfast. The service from the breakfast attendant, Srijala, was also very welcoming. 😉😉😉 Additionally, the hotel's location in the city center is very convenient, as it's only a 5-10 minute walk to Dubai Mall. 第一次去迪拜，就住在这里，早餐不错，去的时候记得点 Benedict，包含在自助早晨里的不收费。早餐 服务小姐😆😆 Srijala，也很热情的接待了我们。 另外由于在市中心，距离 Dubai Mall 非常近，走个 5-10分钟就到了。

Our stay at the hotel was excellent overall. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating. All of out requests were met timely and with a smile. The only thing that could be improved is the overall hygiene of the room and towels and bathrobes as some of them are stained.

Don’t stay here unless you are happy for music to keep you awake until midnight. At check-out I was told that a receipt for my stay would be emailed to me. I am still waiting for this and my EA is wasting her time following up trying to get a copy
