The staff were super friendly and helpfull specially netra from breakfast staff and jent from reception. All others were also perfect i dont remember the name, hotel is well located and rooms are big and clean we will consider coming back again in group

We are having great experience in here the staff are super kind and polite I’m compare this to Atlantis the palm which we have been so many times and I know they are kind too but here is different I can feel their real care for the guests , as The day I checked in I told the reception girl Mrs Janet that today is our new year in iran and also my daughter’s birthday , she and one of the staffs named Mr Hakim arranged a surprise for her and today another surprise with balloons that another receptionist Mrs Jamila arranged for her , that made us thrilled and happy so much , the room and the view is perfect and the suit is comfy also I couldn’t ask for more in my holiday😍😍😍🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 Thank you thank you thank you

Dubai harbour hotel n suites was really helpfull in our stay the services were excellent the staff were friendly especially mr Hari together with security monirul, hakim and mr sunder they helped me find my purse which had my passport money n atm cards🤗 and nothing was stolen as they kept it safe for me.I would also like to thank Mercy the hostess for being helpfull n making me feel at home.

Excellent staff and location. Spacious suites, love the view of the Marina and beach. The manager Darin was very gracious and sent spirits to our room for birthday celebration, We were in a renovated suite and didn't mind the noise from ongoing renovations. It was worth it. Team members Omar, Janet, Haliima, Rajab and Paul provided exceptional service and thanks to all the other staff who greeted us with a smile. We were pleased with our week stay. We really enjoyed and it felt like home away from home. Will definitely stay here on my next visit. Pictures below views from our balcony and walks along the Marina

I just want to commend the great service and professional staff at this property. I was recently at this property and had an unfortunate experience when i arrived, i left my phone in a cab that dropped me in front of the hotel on my way to the Observatory for lunch with friends, and i was desperate to get it back. The front desk was very friendly and reassuring to assist, then i met Mr. Usama, the security manager who did absolutely an incredible job and helped to contact the cab company and the driver. In a matter of few hours, i got my phone back. Again, many thanks to Usama for your kindness, professionalism, and assistance, I'm forever grateful. Also, many thanks to Ruth and Ashok in the Observatory, they really took care of us and made our lunch enjoyable. I will definitely come back whenever i travel to Dubai. The best hotel in Marina.…

Stayed five nights at the Marriott Harbor & Suites by the marina. Beautiful hotel, free breakfast and awesome customer service - Sunder and Sagar at the front desk always had a ready smile, and took care of us from the time we arrived to when we left the hotel. The wifi network is excellent, comfortable beds, commendable cleaning staff, and very hospitable rooms. Look forward to making more memories in Dubai and this is now our go to hotel.
