This is my third stay visit in Kempinski Mall of Emirates this year. This trip I was travelling alone without m husband. From booking to reception staff Romelia was amazing to pre select a room as per my request even before I arrived. The room sevice staff Arab as always was good. House keeping always kept the room clean and all hygine standards were maintained. They have one of the best Spa in dubai which is a must visit. Thanks to Romelia , Ahmad and all other staff members for giving me a perfect stay. Shakera

Such an amazing n wonderful hotel experience it was in dubai! I totally recommend this place if you are looking for affordable yet most amazing experience, mall of emirates also near by! The food was also great, spa was also the best and john was very helpful n lobby smells nice, osawa was kind. Got the tickets of future of muesum and ski dubai easy and simply by mr monish i meet in my hotel lobby he made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Has fun & happy & easy to chat to, thanks again to mr. Monish Murjani from travel saga for making our trip even more memorable and keep it up with your professionalism man.

Awesome hotel, excellent room and breakfast. Very impressive. This was my first time at this hotel after got recommendation from a friend. Upon check-in, room was not ready so receptionist offer Executive Lounge access to wait for the room, 45 mins waiting. The room is nice and clean, well decorated, well equipped. Breakfast is excellent. Would be my first choice for next visit in Dubai.

For holidays purposes, the location of the hotel is very convenient and the service at the Hotel is excellent. However two complaints: 1- It is very difficult to find "normal" taxis at the hotel. The hotel does not have pool fo this purpose. On the other hand they guide you to use "limousine" taxis which are 3 even four times more expensive which not worth it... 2- The pool bar is very expensive for dirnks compared to equivalent ones. At least the Hotel should consider to have a discount provision for guests staying at the hotel...
