Our 5th visit to the JA resort and this was the best yet! A warm greeting from Olesea in reception set the tone and our room was ready asap. Since our last holiday the TAMR Terrace, bar and swimming pool have been added. Thanks to Sougat and all the team for their attention to detail. The breakfast and lunches were superb. The restaurants for our evening meals were easy to book and had good availability. Great menu choices with only a few exceptions to the all inclusive package. We upgraded our choices a couple of times and we were always informed that we were doing so to avoid any confusion later. Pool and beach staff were excellent and it was lovely to see and chat with Marten again - we first met at the hotel in 2004! Gardening work is carried out as carefully and sympathetically as possible giving the property its beautiful appearance. I played two rounds of golf hiring left handed clubs and a buggy with ease. Superb course and great condition which was set with some interesting pin positions for the Sunday competition. In summary I would like to thank everyone at the entire resort for our fabulous vacation. We will be back - again!…

Hotel's Favourite
I took my family to the resort and it was amazing, there is something for everyone and even my 6-month-old baby. I got way more than I expected with that price. We stayed at the palm tree and everything was close and very quite. So many restaurants to choose from with a beautiful view.

Just returned from a wonderful stay, our room was beautiful we were overlooking the new Tamr pool and had a sea view, the beds the really comfy, lots of little extras in the room, the staff, well there are far too many to remember all of their names each individual had their own personality and friendly ways, Albert from the hotel buggy team were brilliant and always made sure we didn't have to wait to be taken wherever we wanted to go on the resort, the staff at Tamr pool and restaurant we so attentive and welcoming,the experience at Sirene fish restaurant on the boat was amazing (not to be missed) from the moment we got out of our taxi and into reception we did not stop smiling, the staff at all of the other restaurants again were very attentive and all our needs were met, the lifeguard at Lake View remembered us from our stay last year and was genuinely pleased to see us, I could go on forever because the staff right across the whole of JA Resort are absolutely brilliant, I will definitely be returning in the very near future, all I can say now is a huge thank you for our wonderful stay and to anyone that is thinking of booking just do it, I promise you will love every minute of your holiday whilst there .…

My wife and I had a fantastic time as this hotel. Travel time from Dubai International Airport is reasonable, although traffic dependant. We didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning, a delay caused by our transport to the hotel! On arrival the reception staff was very welcoming, not given too much information so we could be whisked off to our room, though she did advise about coming back in the morning to find out about all the hotel facilities. I went back later to be greeted with a smile from Gulam, who went through all the information I needed to know about the resort. He was very knowledgeable and helped in the bookings of restaurants for our first few days there, which was a fantastic help. Wow. We visited the palmtree court resort for our 6th visit. 1st time back since covid.We enjoyed everything the staff at all bars restaurants pool boys etc can not do enough for you and its extremely hard in the heat new tamre pool and restaurant and the new sand bar are an added bonus. Reception and conceraige very helpful The food and restaurant choices were amazing food was delicious everywhere. Fernando ( manager) was always around making sure everyone was ok and enjoying themselves. Weather was beautiful also. We will definitely be back thankyou so much to you all for making our holiday memorable. Love Sharon And Steve xx

This is our second trip to JA resort and we love it, and we'll definitely be coming back. The services by the butlers is amazing, Marilyn, John, David, Yohan and Rajeev were extremely helpful and go above and beyond. The restaurants are really good, we loved White Orchid, Sette and Smoking Gun. Improvements can be made on the sports Cafe, the service there was very poor, it took an hr to serve us eggs and toast and we still didn't receive our water. The breakfast buffet could do with a bit more variety. The room at the residence is amazing with beautiful views!

Ja Palm Tree Court is wonderful,beautiful resort in a quiet place.We had the best holiday ever.Spacious rooms,bathrooms clean with a lot of towels.JA resort offers everything you need.A combination of comfortable relaxation with international cuisine in many restaurants.There are a lots of attractions e.g. water playground for kids,golf,tennis and lots of other.I would like to thank the office manager Ceyril Kumarasinghe for treating us wonderfully.The staff was very welcoming and helpful especially Rokan,Elvis,Katrina,Gulam,Mohamed Aly,Altaf,Adrian,Vivek,Nelson and the others as well.Thank you very much for everything.Malgorzata Kowalska
