We spent 14 nights at this fabulous hotel from the 14th-28th September. We had an amazing time. The hotel is absolutely spotless. The staff can’t do enough for you. The staff in andiamo restaurant where we had breakfast were amazing. So attentive. A big shout out to Clare who made our stay really special. The staff in the market cafe were all fantastic too. Robin and many other made our time there so special. Sughar in the club lounge was fantastic too. Every member of staff at the pool were awesome. Bringing us iced face cloths and lemongrass spray to cool us down as well as cleaning our glasses and sunglasses every day. The food in the hotel was excellent. We dined in the market cafe every night and we were never disappointed. A huge selection of food to choose from. I’m apparently a fussy eater but I was never stuck to find something lovely to eat. Breakfast was also amazing with a huge selection of fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, porridge, pastries, waffles and pancakes as well as an option for a hot breakfast. The chefs on the eggs station were fabulous at cooking eggs any way you wanted them. The hotel has a shuttle to the beach at 10.30 returning at 4.30 and a shuttle to dubai mall at 11.30. You make your own way back from there whenever your ready and the taxi was less than 30 aed. Couldn’t fault the hotel in anyway. Can’t wait to go back.…

Fabulous hotel close to airport, malls and transport links. Spacious rooms, excellent service. Could not rate the staff at breakfast and dinner any higher. Very good selection of food. Catered to vegetarian and gluten free diets. Nice pool area and well kept gardens. Our special anniversary gift was above and beyond. Looking forward to seeing the upgraded pool and waterpark on our next visit.

Oh awful hotel. No elevators to meeting rooms and one person fell and broke their ankle. Called HYATT to book one room and somehow they booked two rooms and charged me for both. I never even received two confirmations. I’m still fighting to get my money back never stay here. They are crooks. When I checked in, they didn’t even tell me I had two rooms under my name. Very dated hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean, the staff on the other hand are a bit worrying specially the staff at reception, for starters they don’t speak fluent english, and they lie! so it’s very hard to explain and get them to understand anything. I tell you why I say this. On my booking I had break and dinner included, on a Saturday morning they inform everyone they do brunch rather than breakfast (which is a lie) breakfast is still happening but brunch they charge you for. But point being they need to make things more clear! No signs to say when breakfast, lunch or dinner times are. Overall, hotel looks and appearance 5 🌟 customer service 1 🌟 the people parking and moving cars 5 🌟 to add to all the people started acting funny with me after I made a complaint about the issues I was facing. Oh yes and there is not slides in the pool area so be aware they will show you these on the images while you are booking it. The pool are buying something is day light robbery so be mindful of that as well. There is so much more I can say about the hotel but I will pass on this and wait for them to reply with the standard msg they have been sending out lol! “ we are sorry we, we hope to make things better give us another chance” you had you chance and you blew it. I come to this hotel with the intention to return as I will be trying to Dubai a lot more. But not anymore Hyatt this hotel is a disappointment. …

We cannot stress enough how amazing our stay was at this hotel. Although the hotel is immaculate and really luxurious, our satisfaction all comes down to the staff. We cannot thank them enough and every single one of them were amazing. They are always checking up on you, saying hello, making sure you’re happy and just taking the time to remember little things like your drinks orders and what food you like. In particular we want to thank Bikal, Lisa and Jogi but every single member is staff we’re amazing. Even around the pool, the spa attendants will lay your towels down for you, offer to clean your glasses and come around with ice cold towels. It was faultless; we would recommend this trip to everyone and we will definitely be returning.

Stay over after visiting Japan, breaks journey before flying back to UK. 4 years ago we went to Abu Dhabi to see Great Mosque. My wife was wearing a crochet type blouse and was refused entry. I promised her I would bring her back and this time she entered the Mosque. I had kept my promise.
