Our vacation at the Ritz-Carlton was a wonderful experience from A-Z. We spent our honeymoon at the Ritz-Carlton. The staff was always very friendly and accommodating. The rooms absolutely top notch, you feel like you are at home in the rooms. The variety of food options was enormous, this by the rich buffet and the restaurants which are included in the half board. Even my wife who has to eat vegan due to intolerances, came to enjoy to the fullest, by the variety which was offered. Subsequently, the beautiful beach and pools which were enjoyed to fullest satisfaction. We will be very happy to come again :) Sahra-Maria and Pascal

The pillows and sleeping were amazing! The breakfast was full and rich. The cleaner Rajeshwar was so kind and accurate in paying attention to the small details. Honestly talking, the hotel needs to be renovated in general as it is frozen in 90s… Especially beach and pool facilities…

Stayed in many 5 star hotels in Dubai, this hotel stands out above the rest, the friendly atmosphere, staff always go out of their way to assist. Excellent restaurants. Location is good too, edge of JBR away from all the noise. Must mention room Lloyd in the Caravan restaurant who was amazing, seems to remember every single guest by name and goes out of his way to help. Similarly our room service guys Shreya & Ragul, sakhti & mahesh who kept our rooms in pristine condition. Overall our stay was very comfortable and pleasant, will come again Shahid Mayet

We had 4 n8ghts stay at ritz jbr for my mother birthday. From arrival till end , we exprienced luxury and full service through all hotel staffs. Pool side is great with lots of sunbeds. Water and some complimentory snacks are served for guests. Room size is good with great bed and amenities. Breakfast is buffet with several choises. Im sure , every one will be satisfied with ritz jbr.

Amazing hotel and resort, everything is perfect but it’s the staff who really make the difference. All of the staff during our stay contributed to a fabulous holiday but special mention to vijay, Bishal, Karap, Mutesh and Santa who made an amazing job of our rooms with lots of nice touches. Also to Le Baie staff Yomal and Fikiri who were very attentive and great company whilst we sat at the swim up bar. When leaving Yomal offered to book us the same cabana for the following day and within 5 minutes there was an email confirming. If I could mention all the staff personally I would but unfortunately don’t have all the names. Ate in all the restaurants including Tamoka and all were excellent. Club lounge and half board definitely worth it. This was our second visit and can’t wait to make it a third. Thanks for a great stay…
