I was greeted at the counter by Twinkle, and from that moment until she also checked me out 2 weeks later my experience was delightful. The staff calls you by name. They make sure you have plenty of wayer every day. There are more than 12 restaurants on premises and all delishious. My favorite was the Steak House, where the Irish dry-aged tenderloin was one of the best I have had. They have 3 pools, a great gym, wet and dry sauna……. you get the idea- everything you need. And the included breakfast with egg chef and waffle chef gave me new things to try every day. Being close to the airport made catching the red-eye quick. Thank you Twinkle and all the staff, you spoiled me and I didnt want to leave.

It was a comfortable stay. Attending Conference within premises made it more convenient. Just 3-5 minutes drive from dubai airport terminal 3. Nearby shopping facilities. Staff was very nice and professional. Specially Joseph was a great helping hand.

We were there for just one night so did not look much into the hotel as we were just needing to stay by the airport (arriving one night and leaving the next). But the entire experience was unbelievably positive. 1. The hotel is large. It has multiple buildings. Multiple pools, and a disproportionately big (likely offered to non-guests on a membership basis) fitness facility. It was only when I went to see the fitness center the next morning i realized the massive size. 2. Close location: its literally across the airport. You still have to use transportation to get there as I don't know if there is a direct pedestrian bridge but if you could walk across the street, you would get there immediately. 3. The really friendly , welcoming, accommodating nature of the staff. Joyce, one of the managers runs an amazing team. 4. Ease of transportation: I didn't contact till I was on the flight over (and 3 hours to land) that if they provided transportation, thinking no way anybody would respond to my lack of planning. Surprisingly , I was able to coordinate. The hotel has full-time staff right outside the customs area at the airport you help get your bags and take you to the transportation area where the right size hotel shuttle picks up. The staff is there 24x7 at the airport to help the hotel guests. 5. If you like airports/airplanes, suggest you stay at the high-rise section that has bigger rooms and face the airport. 6. We had a great breakfast the next morning before flying out again. Our family's only regret was we wish we had more time at the hotel. This hotel has changed my mindset / bias about airport hotels that typically are functional and have the minimal needed to supply the guests with a night's stay. This hotel is well beyond that. …

Thank you so much for a vey nice stay for the last 1 1/2 week. It was my first stay here - it will definitely not be my last stay. I had upgraded my stay (based on a friend’s recommendation) to the Royal Club. Absolutely amazing and friendly staff all over the hotel - a special thanks to Krupa in the Royal Club Lounge. She welcomes the guests personally with a smile and pays a lot of attention to your wishes. And knowing my name and room number after only a few visits. I look forward to coming back.

Hello! We Stay 7 days at the Le Meridien Hotell and got a Royal Club room what a place. Big Room with a jacuzzi and separate shower! Private pool on the roof and oen more pool in the garden for Royal club it was top of the line. The hotell area is fantastic with many resturants and Nice areas to be at. The Pool areas is lovely and great and Big gym loved it Le Meridien hotell is really great and you get everywere easy with taxi or train! The service from the Royal club lounge staff is amazing feel like a big family. Special thanks to Meleesha, Pema, Kuruppa, Rukshana, Sanjetta and Mangala. Lovely humans always smile and welcome you with open arms at the lounge. The front desk is good just smile and say hello. The cleaning staff doing there job exemplary! Lifeguards are good by the pool area always say hello and fix if you need anything. The breakfast is amazing it had everything you desire and you can order a omelette or just eggs from the chef. The afternoon tea is great and always different small dishes with good coffee. Happy hours with delicious Hors d'oeuvres and some white wine or drinks. Thanks for everything.
