This place deserves an applause for the service we got during our stay of 3 nights this month. Initially I was not very sure of whether this would be the best possible location in Downtown, near to Burj Khalifa but the reviews were really encouraging and I went ahead with the reservation.
Location : This is very close to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall. But, not that close to help you walk down to the mall. You may rather need a taxi (for a short ride) or take the metro from the Financial Centre station (5-10 mins walk) to Dubai Mall. The location is pretty good with supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants nearby.
The checkin process was smooth and fast, and within a few minutes we were in our room with a city view on the 30th floor. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. You will find all what you need stocked up and the room service folks are always there to help you in case you need anything more. The staff is pretty responsive, be it housekeeping or at the lobby. They will help you get a taxi if you need and that makes it really convenient if you are new in Dubai. To add, the hotel has shuttle service to some of the tourist points including Dubai Mall and you can check with them regarding the schedules.
Overall, I loved the stay at Dusit Thani, and would certainly recommend anyone planning for a visit here. We had changed hotels in Dubai to a different area during our vacation, but there also we used to compare how Dusit Thani rooms and service was compared to other hotels we stayed in.
Because of a very packed schedule, we could not enjoy proper food in any of the restaurants or even the lounge which was actually a sad thing for us. However, I am sure the quality of food would be amazing going by what I have heard. Maybe, will try this next time when am here in this part of the city.

I was lucky enough to stay at the Dusit Thani for six months whilst working abroad in Dubai. From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel incredibly welcome by Vasin, who I cannot thank enough for making me feel like I stayed in a home away from home.
Any member of staff I encountered at the Dusit Thani were so welcoming, and they always made the effort to have a chat and genuinely cared about my experience at the hotel. In addition to Vasin, I want to especially thank Tasleem, Adnan and Ishaq for being so welcoming and helpful during my stay.
The housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate throughout the six months, and they even paid attention to how much I enjoyed the coffee within the room, and started giving me extra on a daily basis! So kind!
I know that the Dusit Thani may not be considered as the most modern or 'flashy' hotel in Dubai, but I am yet to stay at a hotel anywhere in the world where I have been made to feel so welcome. I would 100% recommend staying here - I know I will be when returning to Dubai!

The first thing I noticed upon checking in was that as soon as any of the staff saw anyone walking around without a mask (as if they'd never heard of Covid), they would whip out a box of masks and insist that the person take one and put it on. They also checked my PCR certificate upon my arrival which none of the other hotels did.
I have often stayed at the Dusit Thani in Abu Dhabi where the service is always excellent and you really feel looked after and I was expecting the same here. The front desk manager very kindly changed my room when I wasn't happy with the first one I was given and then I was so happy that I extended my stay.
I had a suite with a fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa on one side and Sheik Zayed Road on the other. I was very comfortable in it and the desk was perfect for working from. The only things I didn't like so much were that the mattress was a bit hard and the pillows were a bit flat and the hand sprayer attached to the toilet was too short.
The boys from housekeeping Ashok from Nepal and Movin from India really looked after me and thoroughly cleaned my suite every day. They were always ready to come in for anything extra I needed or just to tidy up a little whenever I asked them. They really went the extra mile for me and that was one of the reasons that I extended my stay.
Breakfast was on the 24th floor and you could go up to the different counters and be served from there. In the evening the same counters serve food from different countries. I had lunch in the separate Thai restaurant Benjarong one day and it was excellent. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor which is open 24hrs a day and provides room service. There are also two bars in the hotel.
There is a decent gym on the same floor as the rooftop pool which unfortunately is only 16.7 metres long but is heated to 30-32°C. I had a Thai massage in Namm Spa and that was great.
I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again.

From the moment that my family and I arrived at Dusit Thani hotel, sheikh Zayed road, Dubai, the team has made us feel more than welcome. The check in was fast and efficient and we were in our room in less than ten minutes from our arrival. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. There were a couple of things that needed to be set up or fixed and they were done right away. Even when we called them again to set up one of our laptops that wasn’t connecting they came and fixed the issue promptly. We have noticed that the staff is always smiling and accommodating and our kids have already become friendly with some of them. The rooms and living area are comfortable and have been provided with everything a family would need. It has been only four days but Dusit feels like home. A huge shout out to Mr. Tarun, the sales manager who helped us in getting the booking done and negotiated a great deal for us.
Update: We have now been here for almost a month and the service level is the same. The housekeeping staff is as efficient as on the first day. The security at the door is as friendly as ever. Considering that it is Covid time, the SOPs are followed religiously with temperature checks at the entrance or if you go to the pool/ gym, staff and all guests wearing masks and sanitizers available.
We have been using the pool and gym and they follow all Sops and the pool is so much fun for my kids. The gym is well equipped and only seven people are allowed at a time with sanitizer and wipes provided for everyone.
We have also been going for the weekend breakfast and everything from the menu is yum. We were also given a complimentary brunch by Tarun and it was one of the most delicious brunches and the variety was amazing. The pasta, pizzas and soups were so good. There was so much variety of sea food and the dessert table was to die for. All the desserts were mouth watering. Special mention to our servers Suman and Ananta, who were very sweet and attentive. Suman is also there at every breakfast we go to on weekends and is very nice and friendly. Overall, I would say our stay is going very well and we are enjoying it very much. Would definitely recommend Dusit thani to everyone.

We had the lovely amazing staycay at Dusit Thani on 27 th Aug 2021... we celebrated our birthdays with my family and a mini staycay from room reservations Essam accommodated to all my request the rooms were big lovely, clean and we got want we wanted so that made us so happy the windows were clean to capture some amazing views for Burj Khalifa!. I had requested for non smoking room and I was amazed it was indeed non smoking.
The most amazing part is if you are going with a family there is a kitchen with everything you need we were glad as we had a 5 year old son with us. Room service was quick and the staff was welcoming
The guy at the pool deck was friendly and welcoming. All the staff we came across from the lobby to the rooms or restaurant were always smiling and welcoming it was a lovely warm stay. The rooms were cozy views were breathtaking our stay was made very luxurious.
Sabita was so kind and got us a birthday cake which was fresh and personalised. Wow ! Sabita was warm to speak
Li at the Front desk was welcoming and helped us in a quick check in as we had to leave for a brunch asap. Our bags were taken in the room and the items that was meant to be kept in the refrigerator(milk) was done without me mentioning...that kind of hospitality has to be praised. The entire hotel had a lovely fragrance of lemon grass (probably) which made us feel very cozy.
We had our breakfast at 24th Street I have to be very honest that it didn't meet the standards they could have done it better apart from the breakfast we loved everything. The service at the breakfast was excellent but food was not to the mark :(

We arrived at hotel about 9:30 and we was told that we will get room soon as it’s being cleaned which was great and after hour was ready.
Really like the room we had two bedroom apartment. Was asking about washing machine was told was on level 15 we was level 16 free to use just needed own washing powder. I love this as no need to have loads dirty laundry.
We loved the breakfast loads of options and on first day met Rachel who took out hot drinks order and next day she knew what to get us and asked you want the items we had which I think was great how she remembered and the little things goes long way always happy and cheerful. Also some days we had Emily who was great too.
We had complementary cake delivered for my sister which was nice and also some fruit.
The concierge guys I really wished I got the names two in particular so great and helpful.

My cousin sister's family visited Dubai and asked me to suggest them the best stay as I live in Dubai. Among few recommendations, they have selected "Dusit Thani Dubai". They were here from 23/12/2020 till 02/01/2021 for 10 days and booked two bed room apartment with "Burj Khalifa View". I wished to welcome them with a cake for daughter's B'day ,so I contacted the hotel and requested to arrange it behalf of me on 23/12/2020 morning. I must say I was mesmerized with the welcome surprise and never expected that grand arrangement. Great location to watch Burj Khalifa fire work on 31/12/2020 and we always got valet parking when ever we visited them even it was a peak time. Apartment was tidy as house keeping done twice a day! Prime location for shopping malls , Restaurants and DIFC Metro station as well. Lovely Lobby area was cozy and elegant. Burj Khalifa view was amazing from the apartment! Best customer service from the House keeping department and every staff of the hotel was on the toes to fulfil our requirements and made our stay memorable! Hotel has arranged the Covid test facility and most of bookings for adventure tours done by the hotel which were top quality and well organized! I can rate 5/5 stars based on the service , tidiness and mainly on our satisfaction. I am impressed with your service so will recommend your hotel for our business meetings in the future. I stayed in Dusit Thani with some friends in a 2-Bed Apartment. The apartment was very spacious and had all important facilities like big kitchen, microwave, 2 Bathrooms and a big living room. All 3 rooms had TV. I later moved to a normal room with my husband. The room was really nice as well.
Major plus points go to the staff. Very friendly and always helpful. Special thanks to Naam from the reception and Manoj from Housekeeping. They were amazing!
Small minus points will unfortunately go to the in room dining. The Menu from Jones the grocer doesn’t suit the standard of Dusit Thani in Dubai. Pool at Dusit Thani could be improved and windows should be able to be open or at least tilt.
All over I will 100% come back and will recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good central location and who values comfort, cleanliness and friendly staff.

From the moment you walk into this spectacular and beautiful Thai styled hotel you’re greeted by extremely friendly employees and the beautiful aroma of fresh orchids and lemongrass essential oils.
The hotel is 5 star, and our 2 bedroom suite for our family of five was beautiful, spacious and clean. We arrived from airport very early in the morning and they gave us an early check-in at no extra cost as well as an extra bed, which was greatly appreciated.
The employees, especially Adnan and Ishaq went above and beyond with their friendly and professional customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. We loved staying here.
Next time we come to Dubai, we’ll definitely be staying at Dusit Thani again.

I stayed for week I knew was going to be a challenging business trip. Being at Dusint Thani made the stay so much pleasurable.
The room was large and very nice, with view over Burj Khalifa. Being close to Dubai mall and the airport the location is great.
I found the staff amazing! Even though it's a large hotel they approached me in a personal manner. The room was always cleaned very well, the people at the resto were very friendly and quickly learned my name and were involved in what I was doing. The staff at the reception provided various help and advice beyond the call of duty. I wished I remembered the names so I could thank them here ...
