I recently had a meeting held at Taj Exotica Resort & Spa, The Palm, Dubai, and I was very pleased with the total experience. The whole place is awesome, the view is amazing, the staff is so polite and respectful and the food is exquisite. The whole team from Ms. Wilma, Chef Anish, Rupi, Yvonne and their IT/Technical team are very supportive as well as they were all very responsive to the client's needs and makes sure that requests/concerns were addressed on time.

We have just spent a fabulous week at this lovely hotel. From our first entrance into the stunning and wonderfully scented reception area to checking out the service across this hotel was superb - nothing was too much trouble as many guests have previously stated. There are so many small details that make this hotel stand out, from the ice water bags, cold face towels and iced lollies provided by the pool to the customised room staging for any celebrations you may be having during your stay. Our daughter was turning eight and the bed was decorated with fresh rose petals and a beautiful chocolate cake provided too. I had only mentioned this in passing conversation, so was not expecting anything! The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious with a generous bathroom. The terrace was a great place to relax and watch the sunset / sunrise each day. The breakfast catered for any taste and the addition of gentle live music was an inspired touch. I would highly recommend going to the Nakheel Mall (15mins in a taxi) as it tends to be less busy that the Dubai / Emirates mall, plus the 'View from the Palm' attraction within the mall is stunning. It gives you a great insight into how the Palm was created and the view from the top is spectacular, especially at night. It seems almost unfair to name staff individually as they were all exceptional, however Fiona who worked around the pool area was delightful each day. We would like to thank everyone at the hotel for making our stay so memorable and as you can guess it comes highly recommended. …

Awesome experience loved every second of it. The property is too good with its private beach, kids pool adults pool, bar at the pool, the location of the property. Ses view rooms are breath taking. Hotel staff hospitality are of the top standards. Breakfast spread needs to be a lil more variety. The entire stay will be unforgettable. Thank you TAJ for the unforgetting experience. The hotel is very clean and staff is so friendly, really helpful. The moment you walk in, a lovely smell and refreshment drinks are waiting for you. The rooms are very clean and well maintained, I loved the diffusers in the room. At the reception a nice guy Rahman was eager to help to upgrade our room, with sea view😍The food is amazing🤩

We stayed a week at the Taj and have been blown away by the hospitality of all the staff at the hotel. A slight hiccup when checking in, had meant we were booked into the 4th floor smoking room; the smell of the corridor and inside the rooms were not the most pleasant. However, a quick word with staff and we were changed to a different floor and room as soon as possible; alongside a complimentary upgrade to apologise for the confusion! As we were celebrating a birthday and anniversary, in our room was a wonderful surprise of edible welcoming gifts that had been catered to our dietary requirements in advance The food at the Taj is on another level. Chef Anoop has been absolutely amazing in working with our strict dietary requirements and making sure we were happy throughout our stay. He went to so much trouble during his busy schedule, and we very much appreciated him and his wonderful talented team of chefs. They are all incredible at what they do!! They are the reason we will be coming back next year Another mention has to go to Sudhir at Palm Kitchen. What a wonderful person … his welcoming demeanour, pure kindness and great hospitality meant we loved coming back again and again. He deserves a promotion that is for sure! Staff at the pool were great. They immediately saw us from afar looking for a cabana and approached us straight away and helped us find one. Before we could put our belongings down, staff had already come with fresh towels and water bottles. Amazing! I wish I had space to mention everyone, and apologies if I have missed some staff out. Overall, great food and service at ALL restaurants , great poolside service, wonderful housekeeping and great rooms. See you next year Taj!…

Hi we eat in Varq restaurant on Wednesday 20/09/23 and Saturday 23/09/23 the food was amazing so tasty love the sorbet I tried a few different flavours they all delicious thank you so much Govind you us a 5 star service thank you the restaurant manager too he was very helpful when I come back to Dubai we will eat here in Varq again thanks again. This year has been our second time we stayed at Taj for our holiday and it has been undoubtedly wonderful. Staff are reliable and always willing to help. Special shout-out to Saleem who has provided wonderful service for the second time and Phobie at Roaring Rabbit who remembered us from our last visit and gave us a warm welcome. Thank you to all the staff at Taj. We have really enjoyed our time and will definitely recommend to friends and family. The Taj is a great place for couples and families as we have observed fantastic facilities for all ages. The Taj has perfect access to the beach with beach seats both sheltered and open sun beds always available. Some hotels charge guests to hire beach chairs or huts but the Taj have ample which are included in the service they provide at no extra cost. Additionally, the staff at Taj are always welcome wanting to do more to make the stay that much more special. …

The hotel is exceptionally amazing from all aspects. Excellent facilities, delicious food, polite staff and wonderful service. Check-in was so smooth, so was check-out too, you don’t even need to go to reception desk, they would come to you instead. Beds are so comfy and view is magnificent over the sea and Palm Jumeirah. Furthermore, I forgot my Chanel perfume in the room, and when they couldn’t find it for me, they sent someone all over the way to the mall to buy me a new one, this meant a lot to me. This kind of care truly reflects the wise management behind the scenes. Not to mention that the pool manager (a so gentle guy) also offered me a free drink after an irresponsible “Personal” behaviour by one of his staff members, all other staff were extremely professional and polite. I have to say from the moment we walked into reception to check in it was luxury the whole way. The staff are amazing and nothing was too much, the room was lovely maybe a bit more storage but ok. And the food was always excellent especially the street food on the Friday, definitely not to be missed. Only thing that let it down was that no drinks were included in the HB package only water which was a bit disappointing especially when we also had the club access. But that’s a minor thing. In short we will definitely be back.

Arrived at Taj on the 10.09.23 to celebrate my 65th birthday, quilety alone, from the minute of my arrival, the staff was amazine. There was one staff member who did not just went the extra mile to help me, Mr. A. Jana, in my eyes was the front desk gem, so helpful and supportive right through my five days stay.
