I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for the service and attention I received at the name of 25 hour hotel from Saturday until Monday. The rooms were spotless and incredibly cozy, and the staff was outstanding. In fact, despite staying in every hotel in Dubai, from the budget to the luxury range, I have never met a manager quite like Mr. Ayman.
To make our stay enjoyable, they went above and beyond. Due to the excellent manager, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The entire team at 25hours was cheerful, helpful and goes the extra mile to assist their guests. Everything was carefully curated and the room (Artist Suite) our family stayed in was cleaned, fun and spacious. Even the electrical outlets were carefully placed in an ideal location so it makes lighting and thermostat easy to access by the bedside at night. No more tripping on suitcases to adjust the temperature! This hotel is themed on the Arabic art of storytelling and has a positive vibe once you arrive. It pays close attention to every single detail in this hotel and settling into our room makes us feel like we're truly on a vacation. Our check-in specialist Dewi was fantastic and always helpful. The food at Nomad was delicious and must try their coconut pancakes and shakshuka. The last thing we want is to leave this place, 2 more sleeps until check out but we know we will be back again very soon!

This was my first trip to Dubai and from the moment I set foot in the hotel, I was waited on like royalty. Ahmed, management at the hotel, made absolutely certain check in was a breeze and then proceeded to arrange for surprises and delights throughout my one week stay. Franca in cleaning went out of her way to learn my daily schedule and to go above and beyond with dry cleaning, room cleaning, and communication.
The hotel itself is a gem - art everywhere, cozy cafe and coworking, great gym which I used every day - truly my best 5 star hotel experience this year and that’s saying a lot!

The hotel’s location is nice although reaching it requires taking a longer path due to construction work near by it. The staff are so friendly, especially the reception staff, however, the service of the valet was not as preferred. The housekeeping staff are extremely efficient and prompt. Overall, the hotel is good in terms of aesthetics, theme of the lobby and facilities, but the only drawback is the room. My room was Glamping large room which in fact was small!! The room is primitive. For example, the lighting system is limited, curtains are manual, door holders/cards are still paper based. In other words, the room is behind today’s technology that is found in other hotels with the same price. Even the tv doesn’t support screen mirroring, and the use of the tv is only limited by six apps ( for example, SoundCloud can’t be opened on the tv), and a speaker is offered which is not a solution! Also, there’s no coffee machine which is weird for a 5 stars hotel! Also, between the bed and the tv, a big desk is placed which means that the tv will be blocked if you’re sitting on the desk. Also, the bathroom is tinnny!!! Very very small bathroom that I couldn’t fit in. The price is high compared to what is offered within the room and for the space. For me, it’s a one time visit since it didn’t match my expectations or even my basic needs. PS. King beds are smaller than the usual king beds size.

About the feedback regarding your room, sorry to hear that we couldn't live up to your expectations. Our Glamping rooms are 36sqm big with a pretty generous layout and lots of space for all your belongings. The TVs in all rooms are equipped with Google Chromecast, which makes it easy to connect any type of mobile device to the TV system, allowing you to stream Netflix, Prime, ... and Soundcloud. There is nearly no limitation in terms of connectivity. Alternatively, all rooms come with a UE Boom3 Bluetooth speaker, bringing much more boom to your music experience than the TV. Really nice hotel, great atmosphere, huge rooms, every single staff member was friendly and helpful, whole hotel was always spotlessly clean with great decor and amazing communal/working spaces and really good restaurants and bars (even without being a guest).
Will definitely be back again and would recommend to anyone coming to stay in Dubai.
Yvonne at reception was lovely when I arrived a day before my partner and had just got off an overnight flight but still had a while before check in, she quickly found a vacant room and had it prepared within an hour, more than i expected and greatly appreciated after a long flight!
Mohsin and the housekeeping team were lovely. The rooms were immaculate and they always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed
Francis at the concierge desk was amazing couldn’t do enough to help, it was my partners birthday while we were here and his brother (in the U.K.) managed to ask them to deliver a card, he also chased up on some laundry and generally went out of his way to answer any questions we had. Thank you!
Every other staff member we met or walked past were incredibly friendly and polite, from helping with luggage as you arrive, helping with taxis if leaving the hotel, ordering at breakfast, maintenance, everyone!
Breakfast was great, so much choice and all the food a very high quality. The restaurant it’s served in is also a lovely setting with indoor or outdoor seating and really tasteful style.
We ate at Ernst on the last night and the food, drinks and service were fab
From reading another review we wondered if the shade over the pool would be annoying but in reality it was actually great, definitely stopped us burning while still getting a tan. The pool area was never overly busy, nice and clean and the beds were comfortable with clean towels always available. The pool itself is a really nice design with a shallow beach area and steps which is really nice for sitting in to cool off and then a longer deep section for swimming
Really really loved this hotel, it’s very different to any others I’ve stayed at before in the best way possible. Thank you to all the staff who make it so (sorry we couldn’t remember anymore names!)

A very nice hotel in terms of decoration and in terms of staff, as we faced a tightness in the room. The staff upgraded the room to a larger size, but the cleanliness of the rooms should be more concerned with changing the bed at least every two days. We also faced a problem when checking out early a day before and the amount that was paid must be returned Via Apple Pay and upon checkout we were informed that we will not be able to refund the amount for one night and its value was 500 dirhams and this is not satisfactory to the customer

Staying at the hotel was more like an experience it's not like any hotel that I've stayed in, thankfully not as overwhelming as I imagined since the hotel has everything that you need and more. Everything was perfect from the minute we walked in, had to change our room due to some instruction noise they changed our room immediately although they were almost fully booked, asked for a late check-out they helped us out immediately. The guys in the reception and security guards were AMAZING special thanks to “KAJAL” she was the best. My only complaint is the bed's mattress I expected to sleep on much better materials.

I come to Dubai very often, and like to try different hotels every time. Looking at the lobby, I was very impressed and decided to book this hotel, it appears that the rooms are not so 5 starts.
The shower gives you almost no water when it's turned to hot, and I would advise you use your own shampoo and conditioner, as the ones available are very watery. Room service deducts items daily, I stayed for five days. on the last day they didn't even replace the coffee bags! They removed the toothbrushes and didn't replace them.
Don't be misguided by the "free minibar". The mini bar varies from room to room... it's free but it's almost empty. The fridge is not cold, so water is always warm. Many plugs in the room don't work. The hair dryer cord had a lump of hair attached to it from previous visitors, very disgusting.
While the worst part of the experience was the room next to us was being fixed, there was constant drilling and hammering. However, when we asked the manager to stop temporarily, they offered to change the room and gave us late check out, which was unfortunately not very useful on the last day of our stay, plus the second room was also noisy.
Compared to the price I paid, I didn't get the service l expected. I come to Dubai very often and visited many hotels, most are cheaper and provide better service.
l can't stress this enough, this hotel is not worth the money you pay. you can do much better in Dubai.

I've stayed here for over a month and the hospitality in this hotel is next level. The care they take of their guests is prevalent in every aspect. Especially with housekeeping services. Leomy has been amazing in take care of the housekeeping, ensuring that the room is brand new everytime I come back from out side, all of the toiletries, water and towels are consistently replenished and more than a keen eye is given to the cleanliness. Bijoy has also been helping keeping the room in a top notch condition previously.
No complaints and only praises for this hotel. The location is great, the staff is even more amazing.

My husband and I Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights in March attending an aviation conference at world trade center. The hotel Is nice and clean and new and also very unique. Most staff are very friendly The food is nice staff at all restaurants staff were very friendly shout-out to nomads staff loved your energy Front office staff look tried and don't wanna be there the front office managers were very unhelpful they always pushed blame on other departments instead of solving issues.The concierge team was very helpful shout-out to Mandela ,Francis and the lady from the Philippines sorry can't remember her name the whole team did a good job.The doorteam was also very helpful especially during rush hour for taxis.The only downside was the concierge manager one tall french guy very rude to his staff and guest had a few things deliverd to me acouple of times and the guy was very rude to courier guys,that guy shouldn't be working in hospitality he need to work on his attitude towards people the team deserves better. Housekeeping was spot on they did a very good job.The inroom dinning food was good but the services needs to improve especially at night. In conclusion it's a very nice hotel but afew things needs to change.I understand it's a new hotel and things take time to iron out.will definitely come back.

haven't been there in februrary but would say that's it probably is, it's the norm in dubai when the weather gets cold to heat the pool and during the hot months the pools are cooled
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
