This is nowhere near Jumeirah beach; its near the airport. I was overcharged on checkin and again at the lobby coffee shop and the refunds have still not materialised. The hotel is ok but the lobby is the best feature. The rooms are good but “Docks” (like many of the bars in Dubai) is ruined by people Smoking. It is reasonably priced but service levels are erratic.

We had a wonderful celebration! Thanks to warm accommodation of Wanrie, Ayli and Astha. We’ll go back here and definitely recommend this to friends. The menu are fantastic and all the foods are tasty We will surely come back!

We ate in the ginger restaurant for sushi madness it was really amazing food thanks a lot for the excellent service for us, especially Mawan taking care of us really nice even restaurant inside really busy with the guest, he is very kind person always smiling

This was simply our best hotel experience ever travelling anywhere. We had a fantastic time at this Crowne Plaza. The service was fantastic from the day we arrived at 2am in the morning we were treated so well by Tuti (I hope I have written that correctly) who made sure our stay was brilliant day after day. Also must mention Wahab at the doors and concierge desk was very kind and helpful every day during our trip. The hotel is kept in immaculate condition, and the room cleanliness was absolutely first class. The food we ate was brilliant, room service was great. We are I’ll be returning soon to Dubai, and 100% we will be staying here again.
