As a returning guest I always feel the need to write a review as I consistently feel very looked after by staff at the Avani Palm View, from the wonderful Emad at the front desk who is the most professional, efficient, kind and caring person and a true champion of what all FO should aspire to be, to Ashan who equally delivers a consistent service of excellence and provides the most elegant displays when he delivers food (photo below!) to the staff at La Sirene especially Nour, EJ, Jinson and the lovely Ahmed (Shisha!) who deliver a fantastic service too. The house keeping staff such as Anjali who remembers the finest details to all the lovely bell boys Rueben, Alvin and Bilal who are all hands on deck for my deliveries and general assistance. You all make my stay very special and without you it wouldn’t be the same. I wanted to say a huge THANK YOU for continuing to deliver a top tier service. It’s the consistency and genuine customer care that makes Avani so special and a true home away from home for me. Sending you my warmest regards from London.

The remote location is not Avani's strong point, but it is the construction sites around it that are a real problem. On the other hand, the 11th rooms with sea view, the one I occupied, double bedrooms with two bathrooms, a very well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and large fridge, a washing machine-dryer for clothes are the most for families and/or couples of friends. In terms of almost luxurious comfort, there is nothing to complain about either the morning buffet or the concierges on both levels who are very professional and helpful. First time in Dubai. Chose the hotel based on reviews and reasonable price. No regrets and highly recommended. At the reception we were met by a pleasant, friendly and attentive administrator Rose, who was available to assist in any matter. The day of arrival at the hotel coincided with the birthday of the husband (did not stress this at check-in). We didn't have time to get to the room and within five minutes, the wife was brought nature's food - a compliment to his celebration. It was nice! The hotel is clean and cozy. View from the Sea View room window to Dubai Eye. The view from the room with the balcony may not be as interesting, but the balcony compensates. The room has everything: stove with oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, all hygiene facilities except toothpaste and toothbrushes (bring). I read in the reviews what I could ask for and bring. The room is huge, with a large bed and a sofa. You can stop with the kids! Tram stop and monorail to Palma within walking distance. JBR Beach is 8 stops (maximum 10 minutes). We're happy. We'd love to come back here and recommend it to our friends!❤️

We booked a duplex to spend New Year's Eve in Dubai. At 5.30 we woke up with a start because there were excavations under our room. The room was not supposed to be sold, it was impossible to stay there. In the corridors dirty carpet, smell and dust. Never seen the common areas cleaned in 7 days. The restaurant balcony is under attack by crows, making it impossible to have breakfast outdoors. The remains of the New Year's Eve dinner were re-presented for 3 days. The desserts were now dry and acidic. But all the food was of very poor quality. The cutlery is not changed during the meal, they collect the plate and leave the cutlery for you, and everything is always set for breakfast, with an American placemat. Always buffet, of course. Having just completed a twenty-five night stay at The Dubai Avani Palm View I got to say it was the perfect spot. Having stayed at the Media One and Raddison Blu hotels in the area, I had strong benchmarks. The studio room was large with a king size bed, washing machine, full functioning kitchen and utensils. The location is ideal for those working in the Marina. JBR or Internet Media City area. Next to the hotel is the Palm Tram stop which passes through Marina and JBR. The monorail station for the Palm is also easily accessible from the hotel. The building is split between residences (permanent housing) and hotel rooms. The bed is supremely comfortable and the room ammenities fairly standard. The hotel features a large buffet style breakfast room which is extra. There is also a well equiped 24-hour a day gym, stream room and two infinity pools. The mens changing room opposite to the gym has a nice size sauna which runs from the early morning.
The service staff at the hotel, from the waiters, to the cleaning staff were superb. Friendly, efficient and courteous. To the managers of the Avani Palm View - look after your staff and motivate them. They are the biggest asset of the hotel.
While there are fancier hotels in the city, the Avani is a good all around hotel for business travellers working in the Internet Media City area.

We loved the family friendly atmosphere, the overall cleanliness and the beautiful decor, as well as the Christmas decorations in the lobby and restaurant that seemingly went up overnight. :) The rooms were very spacious, grandeur, and completely sound proof. We slept so soundly. The sea view was amazing. Lin was our waitress almost daily in the Seven Seeds restaurant, and she was very kind and always remembered what we liked to order. The food was absolutely delicious, thank you to the chef. My 4 year old son saw him in the elevator and was so happy to meet him. Housekeeping (Dipesh and Dilwar) made sure we had everything we needed every day. The luggage was delivered to and from our room easily for us, rides were arranged for us, and valet was very efficient and careful with the cars. The tram is located directly at the hotel, which was also convenient. Avani Kids and the pool was really fun for my son, also. We checked in around 4am and the employee was very patient with us. The staff at the lobby are so kind and helpful. Everyone we encountered this week was amazing!

We are happy to return to this hotel, it has maintained its excellent quality since last year. Good and kind reception.. Excellent sports club. The rooms are clean, full kitchen, very good and low cost access to the Dubai Marina area, we are staying in a two bedroom unit on the 10th floor.
