Been there. Run by amateur staff. No manners. Food is very repetitive. Only delegates get special food. Will not recommend this hotel . Decor is satisfactory. Room could be cleaner. Terrible service. Needs lots of improvement
مشكلتي مع المدير بول في تاريخ 2022/8/8 انا مع عائلتي ساكنين في جراند مركيور شقق طلبت منهم سرير اضافي مثل كل مره اكون ساكن ويعطوني وتفاجاة منه بالرفض ولازم ادفع مبلغ اضافي مع اني ما كنت ادفع من قبل لانه ما عملو لي ترقيه وعضويتي مع اكور اكثر من ثمان سنين ومن سنه تقريبا انا دايموند My problem is with the manager Paul on the date 8/8/2022. I am with my family living in the Grand Mercure apartments. I asked them for an extra bed, like every time I live, and they give me and I was surprised by his refusal and I had to pay an additional amount even though I had not paid before because they did not work for me to upgrade and my membership with I have been more than eight years old and almost a year ago, I am Diamond
Housekeeping is amazing i like very much and its good experience with bikram dulal and yogo also ananda they are good person and friendly and good behave i like they cleaning service is very nice.im so happy stay in grand mercure .
We are very happy to be here in Grand mercure hotel and everything here was very good also staff people very good and friendly and their behavior was so nice and housekeeping was so nice and specially staff Bikram Dulal was so nice person.
Checked in at the hotel mid afternoon with no rooms available, had to wait in the lobby area for nearly two hours until a room was available. The room was ok, nothing stood out as remarkable. The door staff only seemed interested in offering hotel cars and not local taxis, these are normal 3 times the cost. Always insist on local taxi Breakfast for a 5* hotel was average to poor, the buffet area was pretty small and at times not well stocked, the staff especially the Eastern European lady was very surly and not friendly at all. Was disappointing that the roof top pool was closed during my stay as the lower level pool shared with Ibis Styles was too busy to be able to relax Overall opinion is there are better options in Dubai and it’s only real selling point is location to the airport All in all a disappointing stay…
House keeping was a amazing I like it very much and it's good experience with Bikram Dulal and Sandesh They always talk good friendly and always feel comfortable And they always behave properly and hotel services are great these two guys always help us to get the best over here
The pillows were not clean, the bed covers were dirty and smelly. The staff were liars and very unprofessional. The room was soundproof as they claimed, you can hear all the sounds in other rooms as well as the corridor. One of the worst hotels I ever saw. Don’t recommend this hotel for anyone.
This is the worst check-in service I encountered with all the Accor Hotels that I have went to. I arrived past 2PM (which is a normal check-in time) but the room that I booked was still not ready. Had I not ask them to give us a temporary room they will not provide us one. The temporary room that was given was very small and not comfortable for the 5 of us. I have followed up several times but our room is still not ready. I’m not gonna stay here again. I didn’t get any benefits for my Platinum status.
The overall stay was very good, - The room was in good conditions clean but when entering the shower and since no aspiration In it you can smell a bad odor coming from humidity! -The breakfast is fair enough, good food selection with fair quality. -The staff are good and welcoming but the reception staff are really slow when checking in and out!! -The pool is a common space with the next door hotel IBIS style which is good but I was surprised when the same item at the pool bar was priced differently depending on from which hotel you came!! Overall it was a smooth stay
The girl in the reception does not know what is good customer service at all. She does not smile, will not inform you where is breakfast area or where is the pool. And please dont reason out that the hotel is fully booked as if we can not check that in the website. And more thing, please dont hang up on the customer while the customer is still speaking. She needs to be educated.
