One of the best hotels in Dubai. Ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel offers high end luxury and the best of services within a budget range and a low tariff rate. The rooms are clean, spacious, airy and well ventilated, well furnished and fitted with all conceivable amenities. All of the rooms are extremely clean and rigorously sanitized. The glass windows look out to a beautiful, manicured garden, decorated with fairy lights. The room lightings and lamp shades, and the cushion covers and curtains are color coordinated. There is hot and cold water and premium quality shower gel and conditioning shampoo in the washroom. The work desk, bed and mattress, bedside table, wall racks, chairs and table, hair dryer, iron, clothes rack, hangar, ironing board, LCD TV, all add to the comfort. The air conditioning rund fine and can be adjusted. Tea, coffee, brown sugar and mineral water, toilet paper rolls and a set of five towels are provided on a daily basis. The hotel staff is polite and courteous and attends to all your concerns immediately. The housekeeping team works diligently and cleans the room meticulously. And the Wi-Fi is just superb. Good WiFi strength in all the rooms. So it is easy to make video calls, join video conferences, or simply watch movies etc., or do online work. The sumptuous breakfast provided at the adjoining Grand Mercure hotel is a connoisseur's delight. There is also a swimming pool on the rooftop, that is adorned with fancy lights in the evening. The hotel is located very close to the Dubai Metro (GGICO is just 400 metres away) and the Dubai Airport. There is also a free shuttle service to the Deira City Center Mall. This hotel is especially safe during these trying times, as it rigorously follows all hygiene and safety measures. All in all, Ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel and the adjoining Grand Mercure Hotel provides premium services at an affordable rate and I recommend it as the first choice for both travelers and residents.

We booked for a week during New Year and our stay was simply amazing. From a family point of view this is one very clean and organised hotel with brand new kitchen appliances (in the 1BR and 2BR and 3BR apartments) and comfortable bed, fluffy towels and very good sofa. This hotel has both hotel rooms as well as apartments which makes it the ideal decision for someone looking for a longterm stay. We chose the hotel because it was nearby the metro making the visits back and forth to downtown Dubai easy and rather quick. My favourite department is the F&B and my favourite manager is Joe - he is always there at breakfast, supervising the process, but also fully involved in serving the guests. He is the most kind-hearted person I've ever met in a hotel structure. The swimming pool on the roof top has some amazing Dubai views including over Dubai airport. It is a huge one and not good for kids, but definitely well appreciated by the real swimmers. Their gym has brand new equipment which made the time in there very fruitful. To be honest this is one of the best hotels I've ever checked in to throughout 18 years of traveling and visiting 60 countries. The upcoming swimming pool and spa department on mezzanine floor will be absolutely stunning - the swimming pool is planned to have a good sized kids area. I am already looking forward to my next visit there. P.S. There are not many hotels in Dubai and UAE supplying European shampoos and shower gels to their guests (in the UAE the norm is to get those from China). Another reason to return to Grand Mercure.

First of all, I have to mention how excellent their service was. They came number of times to make sure we were okay and that if we need anything. Its a buffet, but it was well-organized and hygienic in a way that you don't grab your own food but they serve for you on your behalf when you tell them what you want. Their seafood which is the main thing was just so fresh and the selection was very impressive. Once you choose your seafood of your own choice they grill it right away for you. I cant thank enough Mr.Lakmal and his team for the great service and food. Would definitely pay a visit again and high recommend it to friends and family.

I first stayed here in December 2020 just after the hotel opened and left a detailed review. I've been back many times since them and always get a nice welcome from the staff at reception especially from Choudary and Elmira who always treat me like a princess. The Assistant Front Desk Manager Ahmed looks after me well too and smooths out any issues with clients. The porters Collins, Jowi and Moses handle my luggage, room changes and laundry pick-ups and deliveries really well. The housekeeping and maintenance staff are quick to respond to any requests. They are all an asset to the hotel.
As a Platinum member (and even as a Gold one before that), I always get a nice upgrade and I love their apartments which have a kitchen. The rooftop pool is nice but it's small and can get crowded. There is a second pool lower down under construction but there have been problems getting it finished. I would like to see some additional equipment in the gym and also a wooden luggage rack in the corner apartment on the first floor like in the other ones.
Breakfast is fine except for the juice which is a bit watery and there is always a long queue in the morning. Joe is friendly and escorts you to your table and the waiters always make me tea with my own teabags. There are also sometimes queues at reception. I got the shuttle bus to the airport after one stay. I was the only passenger and the driver accompanied me into the terminal which was really nice of him.
I really feel at home here and will definitely stay again; the price and the location are great too.

I was looking for a nice hotel to check-in for a great getaway and relaxation on my birthday and was amazed that reviews from this hotels are positive. Me and my husband check-in late around 5pm as I came from work but the receptionist told me that we can check out late which I was greatful for. I ask them if they have complimentary for birthday as it is my birthday, but they said, we must inform before hand to prepare, which is my fault. I love the ambiance of the hotel, the room was clean and the pool view on the rooftop was ecstatic... Pool was glass bottom so can see the park on the mezzanine. Toilet is separated from the bathroom, fyi. And there is another sink behind the bed. We highly recommend a this hotel for a clean, good service and nice breakfast. I was not used to eating in the morning, too bad I ate lightly that day even they have wide selection of breakfast. I will just recommend them to put more hooks on the shower room as there is only one hook to put the towel and nothing for clothes. No Bathrobes, toothpaste and toothbrush as well and only one slipper were provided, just for info.

I had a great experience from the minute I checked in. Very friendly staff and all are very welcoming. Ahmad from frontline operation management was particularly very professional in making sure that all guests have a perfect stay. The hotel is new opened in 2020 and it is well designed and maintained with very nice rooms that are good in size. The facility is always clean and the breakfast was good too. Very positive experience overall. I will definitely stay again in Grand Mercure.

This hotel was selected by my wife for her quarantine stay while waiting for her PCR test result and it was a great choice! The hotel was very near the airport and very accessible by taxi or by Metro. The hotel was super clean and it still looked brand new.
The Hotel Check-in Staff, Mr. Syed, was extremely helpful and allowed my wife to check-in a little earlier (btw Kudos to DXB airport for a very fast and efficient Arrival processing with tests and all).
The room was a bit small but the layout was very good and my wife did not feel cramped in the room. Amenities were great for an airport hotel and the TV was amazing (we plan to get a similar or higher model)!
There’s a pool at the top which looked amazing and you can get a view of the airport and Dubai skyline.
Breakfast choices was good and sufficient, and the staff were very accommodating, especially the Filipina Lady at the counter (unfortunately my wife forgot her name - she thinks it was Mary Grace). They have buffet style breakfast but there are servers for safety reasons.
Due to scheduling constraints, my wife decided to extend her stay for another 2 nights instead of shifting hotels (it seemed to me she didn’t want to leave! LOL).
Thanks again to the Grand Mercure team for taking good care of my wife! When the pandemic is over and we get to travel to Dubai again, we’ll definitely stay here.

A management team member received a phone call in the early morning hours indicating that one of our staff has managed to board an earlier flight out of Manila, landing in Dubai.
Consequently, her 5:45 am landing time required a hotel to be ready to receive her by 7:00 am. We contacted Grand Mercure Dubai Airport Hotel as it was located near the airport and it looked like a good, clean property for our team members to stay at. So early in the morning, we were actually concerned about the check-in time. We spoke to Someone at the front desk (who we believe is the Duty Manager) and he was so kind as to allow us to check in early, without incurring another night's hotel room cost.
In times of Covid-19, and while hotels are trying to maximize as much revenue as possible, sometimes a gesture of this nature results in long term income versus a quick short term pinch. To that point, Grand Mercure Dubai Airport Hotel has now been approved as our go-to hotel for our staff traveling to Dubai, owing to the duty manager's efforts to secure accommodation to our staff on short notice.
A gesture goes a long way!
It is worth mentioning that it was indeed a great experience; the hospitality, the food and the service were pleasing all the way around.

Cleaning of room and provision of water and fresh towels was never consistent. No information in room about spa . Room service was called once and they didnt have the meal requested via the room service QR code. Took porter 25 minutes and 4 phone calls to collect luggage. Check in took 3 people to manage. Not enough room or beds at Mezzanine pool and no access to rooftop pool which has sun all day. Very hard to get a taxi due to location of hotel. Fridge was on but not cold. Eating choices limited to one restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with only a coffee bar open and no snacks. Considering this is supporting hotel and apartment residents the food options are too limited.

Grand Mercure Hotel and Residences Dubai Airport is a beautiful modern hotel That offers a free Airport shuttle to and from the airport.
The hotel is modern and elegant And after having my flight changed and arriving early As an Accor gold member, the manager and staff looked after me exceptionally well.
The rooms are beautifully appointed with black out curtains and the rooms are sound proofed. The rooms are modern, clean and spacious.
The beds are super comfortable with nice comfortable pillows, and there is a desk and chair, a bar ridge, a safe, large LCD TV with a good selection of channels and there is a separate shower and toilet. Really comfortable good sized rooms and I thoroughly enjoyed my short stay at this hotel And I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody.
A special thank you to the manager and the young man excellent job and made me feel very welcome. Both the manager and staff member were great and did over and above what was required of them. A great experience and I would definitely return to this hotel

Don't even bother with the shuttle, just take a taxi, the meter starts at 25 dhs from the airport and it will be about an extra 10 dhs to the hotel which is 5 minutes away but you can not walk to it not can you walk anywhere else in Dubai even to cross the road, you need to take a taxi.
There are more places to choose from in the Dubai area.
