We spend 1 week in this hotel, our room was 309 but there were some noises from the windows which was very annoying so Reem found a solution and she changed our room. After that, everything was perfect. The quality of the breakfast and meals are very perfect, Reuben and Dinkar are very helpful and nice. I recommend this hotel

From the interiors, the size of the room, amenities, parking, friendly staff, location, rooftop view, the way they sanitise against covid (from sunbeds, pens, even the tv remote control, access cards... everything!!).
The room was very nice. Booked the very spacious executive suite. Nothing special with window view tho (unless you want to road/people watch). Bed was comfy and pillows were luxurious. Bathroom was big with shower and tub. They were generous with the toiletries were generous (100ml each).
Breakfast wasn't too plenty (just enough) BUT would still make you very full. Well distanced per table and the staff were very attentive and accommodating.
Gym was well equiped. The infinity pool wasn't so big but the view of the Burj was nice. The rooftop resto has limited menu (maybe only when i was there?) But the server tried his best to accommodate my order. No shisha available yet (again cos of covid), but again, the view and breeze was nice.
Location was great too. Easy to find with google maps. it's just few metres away from the metro station and a km away from MOE. plenty of restaurants around if you feel like eating out.
It's a very new hotel. Barely 5-6 months open. Everything is so fresh and new. It's en experience of a 5 star hotel without breaking the bank!!!
Would i come and book again? My answer would be "YES!"

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The hotel staff is extremely friendly, courteous and attentive. The hotel is constantly kept clean. The room furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Daily free drinking water and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, cotton pads, cotton swabs). A safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, ironing board and iron are also in the room. Light and air conditioning can be controlled via a central control pad on the bedside table. You can also use the touchpad to signal that you don't want to be disturbed, that you want the laundry to be picked up, or that the room needs to be cleaned.
The breakfast buffet is extremely extensive and there is something for every taste. Everything is fresh and very tasty.
At the rooftop-infinity pool and for the beach you always get fresh, soft towels. The pool area and the changing rooms including showers, toilets, sauna and steam bath are very spacious and clean. In addition, the hotel's own free bus runs twice a day to the beach and back to the hotel.
The location of the hotel is ideal, as the metro station can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot.
Around the hotel there are supermarkets, a highly recommended spa or massage parlor and a few restaurants with local, inexpensive and delicious cuisine.
It was a wonderful stay for us and we would love to come back anytime. A special thanks from us goes to Mohamed the night consierge for the nice conversations and his tips and help.

Fabulous hotel located very near to the Metro. Hotel was spotlessly clean, food was fabulous and the staff very pleasant. Bedrooms large with lots of toiletries and great variety too. Beds very comfortable. Pool area very spacious with various areas to eat. Also nice large kiddies pool and play area. Only snag for myself and my friends was hot beverages at breakfast not as efficiently served as the rest of breakfast. Also to get food and drinks which were you had to scan and download menu which was very tempermental. We had the menu downloaded on 4 phones but took at least 10 times to complete it as it kept clicking out of itself. The frustration was added to by the fact the staff could not take the order in person so stood next to you as each order was loss.
Finally this is a Dry hotel in a Dry area which means there is no alcohol either in the hotel or any of the surrounding hotels, restaurants or shops

I love this brand new 5 star hotel in Barsha, rooms are big, very clean and sanitized. Staff are helpful and friendly. I feel safe in this hotel, their health and safety measures are very good with attention to details. I like the parking entrance temperature monitor check very high tech. The restaurants menu are digital and the cutleries are sealed and sanitized. I highly recommend this hotel to all my friends , location is perfect walking distance to Mashreq Metro station and Emirates Mall.

We really enjoyed our mini staycation there. Me and my family had the best time in this hotel. Our room was great, lovely decorated, has everything you need very spacious and perfect for family. I was in love with the bathroom it was like dream bathroom very big with bathtub and big stuning shower area. The bed was very comfy. What i like the most also is the hygiene and how they are taking care of every little detail from the moment you enter the hotel. Temperature scan and sanitizing everything even when you are checking in they sanitize the pen you use and the ID. The staff are so professional and welcoming. Always smiling and checking on you. The foods is so good and tasty. I really loved the whole experience there.

We stayed here for a good week and a half during a visit to Dubai. Not having stayed here before, I was a little nervous as to where we would be with regards to everything we wanted to do and see, but it turns out that this location is actually very favorable. Tucked away behind the Mall of the Emirates, and around the corner from the subway station, you are pretty much close to the whole of Dubai. Granted it has grown as a city and will continue to do so no doubt, but I felt this was a great spot to be in, balancing well between Old Dubai and the newer parts to the west. The hotel itself is very nice, staff is attentive, courteous and helpful. The whole hotel is well looked after and remarkably clean. The rooms are spacious and light, with everything you need and more. The rooms are well maintained by housekeeping staff, who all are hardworking and polite. I seem to bump into Bijay from housekeeping more often, very polite and helpful. The rooms are cleaned daily, leaving your beds made, towels fresh and the floors mopped. Also, the staff make sure to leave plenty of water bottles for guests in the rooms that are complementary; you need these for your days here! The rooftop pool is a good size for a hotel of this size. It is never crowded and there are always beds to sunbathe on and fresh towels as you enter the pool area. A lifeguard is on duty the entire day. The pool is great at night when it is lit up and the skyline unfolds for a great view. Bonus: you can order snacks, drinks or even entire meals poolside. We didn't book with breakfast or dinner included, but from other guests I heard that this was also well organized. I would be happy to suggest this hotel to anyone I know, very happy to have stayed here as we enjoyed our time here thoroughly!

Only a short walk from the metro station, makes it a perfect base for exploring the city. Breakfast is high quality with detox juices and cafe grade coffee. Everything looks very new and updated. There’s wireless charger at the bedside table and gaming room at the top floor. Room is huge with ample storage and sitting area. Beds & pillows are comfy and we had very good night sleep. To me, comfortable hotel stay is already more than halfway to a perfect holiday.
Shuttle to the Kite Beach is available at 10am and brings you back from the beach at 3pm. You may collect towel at the poolside and bring them along to the beach. But there’s no private beach area belongs to the hotel so you need to bring the towel back. We rented Careem bikes to ride on the beach and it was a great experience! The heat is too much but the sunlight is perfect for making good photos of the Al Arab by the beach.
One of the biggest advantage of staying near the residential area is that you get affordable food. Our favorites are My Shawarma and Foul m Hummus (best falafel). Small supermarkets and convenience stores are scattered everywhere.
A few things that perhaps need some attention in this 5 star setting: spotted tiny moldy spots in the shower area and some staff look less cheerful than the others. But these are really minor encounters that doesn’t really affect our good experience. Special mention to Sara for her sunshine smile at the breakfast table and the bus captain who brought us to the beach. Thank you for your exceptional service!

We decided, as a a family, to look for a short staycation in Dubai as our plans to travel overseas were quite limited this summer. I regularly scan through reviews before booking hotels and restaurants and was pleasantly surprised by the positive feedback on the Grand Cosmopolitan. I'm pleased we chose this hotel. It really lived up to its 5 star status. The customer service was of a high standard and the facilities are excellent. Rooms are generous in size - we stayed in a Premium room with two queen sized beds. The food was very good too. We booked our room with breakfast so enjoyed a generous spread of food from the breakfast Buffet. Overall, we were impressed with the quality of service, cleanliness and adherence to covid protocols and the polite and friendly staff made the stay even better. Parking is available if you happen to drive there. I would not hesitate to book another staycation here in the near future.

Dinner is European style . You can find there all kinds of greens and veggies for starters, for main courses Chicken , meat , fish and even Spanish seafood paella. There are some arabic options available as well. For desert you can treat yourself with some fruits , ice cream or cakes.
