We stayed for longer than a week (for work and weekends off) and we truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Indigo! It was my 3rd stay in the hotel, due to the location (10 min walk from the Dubai Mall), the most perfect service, swimming pool, and the breakfast is the best!! Every morning a big smile and most delicious coffee served by Eva, Saurabh or Hosea! The reception is outstanding friendly and helpful, Hammad, Omar, Nodari and Michael were of great help with my booking, and helped with each request. Also the room is perfectly clean, thanks to the entire HK team (Manaj). I definitely recommend Hotel Indigo if you are looking for a trendy convenient well located hotel to stay in Dubai either it is Business or just holiday. I will definitely come back soon!

We chose this hotel for its great location to the Dubai Mall (easy 10 min walk to the fountain entrance) but I was pleasantly surprised by this boutique hotel. The hotel is well maintained with a trendy vibe. The artwork is colourful and interesting and adds to the chic ambience of the hotel. The staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. We stayed in a suite which had ample space and a comfortable sofa bed. The in-room dining menu offers a variety of options. The only negative was the limited vegan/lacto veg options for breakfast. The buffet offered vegan muffins & banana bread, both of which were dry and tasteless. These items are apparently obtained from an outside vendor. I had requested eggfree pancakes or muffins but was informed that the chef did not know how to make any...Google??? Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel and will definitely return.…

Fair place. Decent rooms. Good breakfast. Very good coffee. There’s a good SPA, gym and in house barber. Staff could generally be more engaged and helpful. Pool only has sun from 7AM to 10 AM, so basically almost never if you get up at normal hours (during summer that must be a plus to have a pool and terrace in the shade), so if you like to sit in the sun this hotel is not for you.

We had a large, comfortable room with a great view over the Dubai Creek. Walkable to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa once you work out how to navigate the slightly tricky footpaths and crossings! A special call-out for Soufiane who always delivered our room service with a happy smile.

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, 11 people and everything was amazing! The hotel is so beautiful and all the staff was so kind and welcoming. The pool was heated, rooms are very clean and food delicious. We definitely will be back!!
