Clean rooms, Helpful and friendly staff. The manager Mr. Yahia was really friendly and helping. making sure everything is alright all the time. The location is really great since it's near the Metro station, you'd be one station away from deira city center Mall (afair). Also there is a small market a few meters a way from the backdoor. Breakfast is good, clean and served in times that makes sense. The staff respond very quickly to any reported issue.

Excellent close to airport location for a brief stopover on our way back to uk. Welcoming and friendly staff in all departments who all speak good English and very helpful. The whole hotel is spotlessly clean and we particularly loved the clean pool and our friendly poolside attendant J who's job was to supervise as lifeguard making it a great rooftop pool for a fun family visit. There's also a fully equipped Gym on this level. Rooms to rear of hotel avoid traffic noise.

The services are outstanding thanks to the restaurant manager, the Chef cooks all types of food... The staff is humble and attentive.. We required some tour tickets so the support person from Mayra tours gave us a good amount. Thanks to Sunil for managing things..

My experience was superb at this hotel.. The food was amazing and all basic amenities over there are so nearby. Metros and taxi facilities are so easy and thanks to Sunil from Mayra tours who arrange things so perfectly..
