Aloft never disappoints and the one on the palm is a banger of a property. From Naeem who is an absolute star to Ranjana and breakfast who is super sweet and always smiling. Big shout to Chef Fahad too who prepares eggs in the morning just the way they are meant to be prepared! Overall a beautiful stay and will be back!

We celebrated my birthday here yesterday with my friends, We amazed how they welcome us from the front desk specially Ahmed & the ambiance was very nice,room was very comfy, & the foods taste all delicious, we felt that were really welcome in this hotel I didnt expected that they will made my bday more memorable because of the cake that given by Ahmed i was so happy definitely we will come back again soon.

Booked the trip with Barbara from Rayna tours. It was amazing! Air ballon is very popular among the tourists and it’s difficult to get the tour. But Bavaria did the impossible. Thanks a lot! Highly recommend them if you are planning air ballooning in Dubai!

Aloft hotel was a very good pick for a stay on the palm. Rooms are well decorated. Sea view is really nice. The receptionist from Algeria and the waiter from Morocco are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended place to stay.

Nice food and rooms and also good staffs especially mr Jones He really helped in so many ways Very accommodating Thanks a lot I can’t wait to be back in Dubai and stay in this same hotel And good precautions were taken by the staffs against covid and thanks to mr Jones for the assistance he has been rendering in several ways.
