Many thanks for another pleasant stay. I was there on bussiness with my wife. I would especially like to thank mr. Bibin at the front desk office, making sure my stay is always up to the high standards of Rixos hotels and thats why i am coming back again and again. And also to the servers and cleaners and especially to mr. Krisma at the beach, always smiling always always paying attention to guests,happy to please, it's hard to find such good and motivated workers nowadays! As a guest i feel very welcomed at the Rixos hotel on JBR and i will continue to choose Rixos as long as there is such a high quality service, food and ambient!

Lovely stay at the Rixos. An Outstanding hotel which is built on the fantastic customer service demonstrated by all staff members. The hotel is very clean.The food was great and the facilities (restaurants, pool, gym, kids club and spa) at the hotel are fantastic especially the swimming pool. The professionalism and the standards that were adhered by all staff members was of a very high standard. I would like to thanks Mr. subash(housekeeping supervisor) kasun,shamika,krishna and salavath for their help and making my stay very comfortable for me and my family. Amazing hotel and great service I highly recommend this place for beach lovers also Next to all daily needs like supermarket and restaurant I highly recommend the Azure beach and STK Black Tap restaurant is also nice And if you are fan of shopping I loved a shop across the street called Sikak they have amazing products !

Nice rooms. Friendly staff. Music at the beach too loud to our liking. Dining options some good like matteo and some below average and too expensive like Asil. The breakfast was average. The Lobby too busy. Overall quite good. Will probably come back.

We had an incredible time at the hotel. Salman Khan, the manager, was an absolute gem, treating us like family, especially when my mum fell ill.
