We really loved it there. Very kind and helpful staff and great service. We enjoyed swimming in the infinity pool and floating around the lazy river. It was an amazing holiday and we recommend staying there.

From the beginning to the end we had nothing but an amazing experience. On checking in we were greeted by Mansour who completed our check in, what a warm wonderful welcome we received. Whilst we went into the restaurant for lunch he completed all the necessary paperwork and when we returned he had upgraded our room to enable us to check into the room immediately. From that moment on our experience with all staff was exemplary, they all went out of their way to make us feel at home. The food was superb and plentiful, in our opinion you would have to be an exceptionally fussy eater to not find anything to suit. A lovely hotel, our room was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent in a nice setting. However be aware, the drinks are very,very, expensive. £17 for a pint of lager, £20 for a glass of Prosecco. Ouch

Upon arriving we were told the beach was shut all week. Diggers and machinery everywhere which made loud banging noises all day. Couldn’t relax by pool because of these noises. View of the city was also rubbish due to the machinery and cargo ships doing the work on the beach which blocked everything. Bathroom smelt of urine all week even after being cleaned, smelt like it came from the shower area. Staff were all really friendly and couldn’t fault anything else just a shame because I wouldn’t of booked if I knew the beach was out of action and that I wouldn’t be able to sunbathe by the pool without the horrendous noises

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in, Mr. Khurshid who’s been very helpful and efficient. to the security Mr. Awfar, he’s very sweet and entertain everyone politely and gave freebies to my kids (caps and dukesy dogs). The room is amazing, very clean and cozy. The food in the restaurant are great. Special thanks to Mr. Irfan who gave me a birthday cake, Perfect to celebrate a birthday weekend. the servers are delightful and eager to help! All the staff went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!
