Hotel Ema has very pleasant stuff which is always at your service. They make you feel like at home.
Rooms are very nice and clean, as well as unusually large which gives you huge comfort.

I stayed here for a few days, it is a great location and staffs are very helpful and the food was great and reasonable priced too.
The SPA facilities are great too and also during my SPA treatment staff would check on me on at regular intervals to make sure that everything was ok.
I would definitely stay here again and would like to thank the manager Jovana for all of her assistance.

Hotel Ema is a very nice olace to stay in. Rather big rooms, everything is very clean and at the same time cozy.
Downstairs there is not that expencive bar with delicious sandwitches and other meals, which are just perfect for breakfast. And it's allowed to smoke inside that bar, if you are a smoker.
Totally recommend!

When I came and looked from the street I realized that it is inconspicuous building not so far from the city center (10-15 min on foot). Inside it is really nice and classy. I liked big rooms with small kitchen unit. Standard of rooms is really high. What I want to point out is really nice cafe/restaurant with friendly prices and good service. Whole service of the hotel was really kind and helpful. We stayed 3 days and I am looking forward to come again.

The first thing that welcomes you to a hotel is the staff of that hotel.Receptionists were at the peak of his job, kind, helpful, friendly, always willing to help. The rooms were pleasant. You can feel at home. Beds clean, comfortable, new bedding every day. And be sure to try the food as it is extraordinary. Special club sandwich!

A lovely stay in a clean well appointed spacious room. The staff were very helpful and went to great lengths to accommodate all our requests, even organising a day tour for 18 people. The location was great and it was an easy walk to town and the memorial park. Would definitely stay again without hesitation.

The room is beautiful and large 30sq m. It has a kitchenette with induction cooker, electric kettle, frying pan and the cutlery has been sterilized. All their towels have their own logo and are clean white!! Toilet is large and have nice toiletries even toothbrushes. Everything works and staff are friendly although not everyone speaks English. I viewed their beautiful duplex apartment which can take 3-4 people with a terrace with views

I was in this hotel durring tourism fair in Kragujevac. It was pleasant stay. Hotel is small,but sweet. Staff were friendlly. Room was nice, clean and comfotable. Parking is a little bit small and I have some trouble with it :)

It does not really look like a hotel. Most probably it was transformed into hotel from something else. The place is clean but absolutely not a 4 star hotel. I have asked for a room with a double bed but received 2 beds side by side, the pillows were very uncomfortable, the furniture does not fit to a 4 stars location, some towels were too much used, the bathroom is hardly acceptable for 3 stars, you can here all night long the water flowing thru pipes, you can here everything what is happening on the corridor, where sometimes smell food, I get a room in the attic for more than 60 EUR that seems for me too much for what they offer and the parking is dedicated only to really skilled drivers. It's incredibly crowded

Location is perfect. Its near the city center, but its quiet. Rooms are big and beds as well. Very comfortable. Bathrooms are spacious as well. I really liked how modern everything was decorated and how clean the hotel was. Staff is really nice but one waiter in particular is very charming :)
