the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere... too far from the center of the city... need a cab... ask the staff to get one... the staff is really helpful... the interior is clean, little funky, but its ok for couple of nights... good solid breakfast...

We spent the night here after a slava nearby in the countryside. A local recommended the place so we walked in and got a room. The room was a little cramped with two beds but with the lights out, all rooms look the same! :-) What is neat about this place is the spiral modern stairway that was worth a few photos as we departed the next day.
The hotel has a restaurant and like most European lodgings, breakfast is included. The food was good and we left content.

I must say that I had mixed feelings from my experience at the Zeneva Lux hotel and in the end I decided to penalize the rating so much because some defects are unforgivable given the price range.
The structure looks good, the style is modern and is equipped with ample parking, which is not always a given.
The location is beautiful due to the wide view but it is a bad thing in a period of strong expansion in the area which is full of construction sites.
The room where I stayed had a good view and was equipped with all possible comforts: desk, sofa, large TV (with obviously only local channels), large bathroom and initial hallway area where you could store all your suitcases.
The bathroom was really nice: large glass shower with curtain that can be opened for small "shows" inside the room, hydromassage tub, large mirror and lots of lights to help you get ready as best you can.
I didn't appreciate the toilet too much: low, uncomfortable and above all a little squeaky (it's one of those suspended models).
Some sockets on the wall seemed to be peeling off slightly and others were siliconed.
Extreme cleanliness of the room, I didn't really find any problems from that point of view.
The temperature of the room was difficult to regulate: 28° at the end of October and was equipped with only a small folding window across the entire glass.
Breakfast is really a sore point, only to order and not a buffet with little choice and products that aren't up to par.
Really disappointing on that aspect.

Stayed there a few times for busi ess. All rooms have been smoked in and smell, despite me reserving non-smoking room! Burned spots everywhere and a fu NY smell of air freshener.

Funky bathrooms with whirlpools, but no stand up shower!
Bad a la carte BREAKFAST, e. g. microwave heated chocolate croissants. To sit away from smokers during breakfast one had to insist to sit in adjacent room which was not set up for breakfast.

Hotel is still in construction. They started working literally above our head at 7.30 am. Sometimes I thought the ceiling would breal down. So, no way of enjoying our holidays. They say nothing about this on their website and there isn't even a price reduction.
Sevice is okay,breakfast is of poor quality.
