This is a great hotel, we are very satisfied with our choice. The breakfast, room, and spa were all amazing. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. We stayed there twice during our vacation. The first time was for a few days and the second time for a week. We had amazing stays both times. The spa area was really great as well! The cafe they had there, as well as the service, was amazing!

This was our 5th time staying at the Taurus. Each time is as good as the last. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great room lovely food and wonderful spa. Thank you to all the staff who helped make our stay very enjoyable 😉

I called SPA centre , everything seemed ok but they insisted on purchasing one treatment with saunas use. None of them were suitable for me but i agreed to pay anyway just to have access to the sauna. To my huge surprise, they said you MUST use the treatment , just paying for it us not good enough. Very Soviet approach, i won't consider using their services in the future.

We did not like the first room they prepared for us. It was dark and one side of the double bed was resting against the wall. The staff changed the room and that was positive. New room was so much better but it was neighbour to the terrace bar and it was awful at night to hear drunk people talking loudly while waiting elevators. Secondly, the breakfast was so poor that even the croissant which is famous in Lviv were terrible. Tea was bad, bread was good. Everything looked and tasted cheap and unhealthy. Last of all, we put "please clean the room" sign in the morning before we leave, but in the evening when we came back , we saw that they did not clean the floor or changed the bed cushion & mattress. Only towels changed and tidied the bed. the floor was dirty and the trash was full.…

This is unfunny joke that this hotel has 4 stars. Breakfast was absolutely horrible for ex. fake scrumbled eggs (waiter did confirmed that), ugly and really untasty every bit of everything I tried: -coffee it tastes sour and weak, -hot boiled eggs were obviously boiled way too long as the yolk was green on the edges, -tasteless cheeses, -cheap supermarket-like vegetables, -very untasty chemical bread, -disgusting chemical stuffed buns, cheapest type, -even green tea is "flavoured"!!! I didn't even try the meat dishes but they were looking cheap and my friend confirmed they weren't good as well. Breakfast is being served 7-10AM which is way too short, but maybe for the best as it is so disgusting!!! Another thing was the water in my room - my shower at 9AM was cold!!! There was no hot water!!! What a disaster, I wish I had my money being returned after the first day, so I could go to a real hotel.…

Thr appartment is big and clean. The pool and saunas are very nice. Good breakfast but dinners better to eat in Town. Nice staff at the bar upstairs. Great room service. Nice people in reception. Very helpfull. Taxi to Centre takes about 5-10 mins. We had a lovely stay and will go back again.

Modern large business hotel in the central part of Lviv, near the train station. Within walking distance of Market Square and Train Station. A nice restaurant with breakfast and conference rooms. The only downside - the quality of wifi is t stable in all places of the hotel . Rooftop panoramic restaurant

The hotel is a very clean and has spacious rooms . The breakfast is average. The location is in the end of a narrow road with trees and creating a nice atmosphere. Hotel staff is very friendly and they all know good english so easy to cummunicate. I guess the hotel is well known in general because during our stay many tourist groups left and came from different countries. By the close surrounding ( within 100 m) there are no restaurants but buy 20 minutes walk you can reach the city center . If you dont wanna walk, take taxi and it will cost like 10 euros or less.

The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. The food is very nice - both breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is good for the offices I visit, but not within walking distance of town.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful area within a brisk walk from the city center and old town. The staff were very friendly. The room was very comfy, clean and well-equipped. Breakfast was amazing. The spa was also available but unfortunately I hadn't time to visit it.
