Prijeko Palace, the Isusovich-Braichi palace on Ulica Prijeko 24, is one of Dubrovniks iconic buildings. The building has a long and rich history. The noble family Isusevic-Braichi constructs the house in 1470. The architect was Giorgio da Sebenico, a famous architect in that time. The palace passed through violent ages with fires, war, depredation and earthquakes. The earthquake of 1667 was the worst; 2 floors of the palace collapsed and were never restored in its old shape. Over these turbulent years the palace was significantly damaged and lot of the valuable parts were either stripped or destroyed. Ownership of the building changed hands more times and was in 2004 acquired by Acquest doo. The interior of Prijeko Palace went through a complete restoration in order to modernise the building and bring back to its former glory, with thanks to the government of Croatia, which allows the owners to do so. Prijeko Palace is renovated to the highest standard and has regained its original beauty. The renovations were performed in close cooperation with architect Zeljko Pekovic (Omeega Engineering), the building company Vodpija and the local conservators. Prijeko Palace is renovated to the highest standard and has regained its original beauty. The impressive palace is situated on Ulica Prijeko, in the middle of the Old City of Dubrovnik. Prijeko Palace offers now a high degree of luxury and customizable renting plans in its 9 double rooms. The individually decorated rooms make it ideal for romantic getaways, honeymoons, wedding parties, exclusive use, executive meetings, hideaways... It is possible to rent an entire floor or even the entire building if needed. The aim of Prijeko Pacace is that our guests should not have the feeling of staying in a regular hotel, but more the feeling of staying at a renaissance heritage building with the services and privacy that comes with it. Prijeko Palace is the perfect harmony of the past and the present.
We had booked 2 rooms in Prijeko Palace, Dubrovnik, Croatia through booking.com few weeks before my actual check-in date. This hotel is not far away from Pile Gate and we chose this hotel for the simple reason that there were no steps involved, which was confirmed by the hotel. After reaching thier To our utter surprise, on reaching at their doorstep we found that the hotel was closed down. We kept ringing the bell at the entrance and no one turned up. We were bit apprehensive as there were no lights inside. We checked in the nearby buildings, but, they could not give us any proper response. After about half an hour, two people came to the entrance and we enquired about our booking. They told that they are the hotel staff and the hotel is closed down as it's off season. She checked my booking and told that the hotel had not taken any such booking. Later I found that booking.com had cancelled my booking a few days back. Even though there was communication between me and the hotel, the hotel never informed me of this cancellation. Though my card was not charged, the hotel didn't have the manners to inform us that the booking was cancelled and I had to run around for a hotel in the last minute. Though I do most of my hotel bookings through booking.com, this is my first experience like this.…

This hotel was spectacularly good. Our original schedule had us booked into a resort hotel a long way from the old town of Dubrovnik so we found this hotel and got it on our tour. It was on a perfect street with lots of bars and restaurants. The room e had was beautiful with an original stone balcony. There were lots of pieces of interesting artwork. There was also a restaurant on the roof where we had an excellent meal on our last night. All in all - amazing!

Wide menu at this owner run Croatian eatery. Personal service. Good, standard fare at good prices. Attentive service and just one alley away from the busy mayhem of the Main Street. So many of these types of restaurants but after four days here, this is one of the best. If you are looking for reasonably priced traditional Croatian food, this will do it for you

The room we were allocated was so small and cramped. It was overpriced and is not worth the money. There are plenty of apartments in Dubrovnik that would cost 1/5th the amount we paid. Our travel plans changed at the last minute due to family reasons and they would not refund our money. They blamed Booking.com and a booking.com blamed them. In the end, we changed our plans to stay and we’d so disappointed with this 400 Euro per night room without any special extras or breakfast. It was seriously the biggest waste of money and one of the worst places we have ever stayed in Europe and Croatia. I will continue to write poor reviews about this place yow and other travellers to not get ripped off like we were. Do not stay here!!!!

This restaurant is a must visit in Dubrovnik. Quirky art, beautiful ornate decor. Master chef plating and lovely vegetarian food. But the star of the show was their desserts. Do checkout the chocolate cherry moose if you love chocolate. The service too was lovely and the staff speaks English fluently. It’s a must visit

Great location. Close to the Pile Gate. Many restaurants close by. It is in the center of the city and a restaurant area so it was a bit noisy at night. The room was extremely hot as it took quite awhile for the air conditioning to kick on. The bathroom floor was so sticky that we put towels down so as not to walk in the sticky substance.

We booked in advance before travelling for a rooftop table and the experience was truly perfection. The rooftop area is very exclusive with only a few tables and has beautiful views out over the old town. We had truly amazing 5 star service from Hrvoje who was the ultimate professional and very welcoming. The food and wine was also spectacular, I had the Dalmatian Prosciutto and the Black Risotto with a lovely bottle of Croatian Rose. If visiting Dubrovnik again we would definitely book here again and would highly recommend this restaurant. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, thank you 🙏 👏

a beautiful old building, recently refurbished, our room was wonderful with a balcony over the alley/staircase. It was full of art, big pieces in the room and also in the staircases, a really nice environment. The room had everything it needed with coffee and so on, beautiful stone clad bathroom, and shabby-chic decoration, comfortable bed. Great service, a nice little bar below. Not the biggest room, which is a trade off for being in the middle of an ancient walled city, and similarly, not too bad to get to, but quite a few stairs, which goes with the location.
